If you have coasters it is really easy to use these presentations. It is how I started. Also I always load my bar caddy so the napkin fold is towards me.

Another interesting way to present is to mix the first two techniques. Pull the napkin, flip it around your hand, then put the back of your hand towards the ceiling. Put the glass on top of your hand, remove the bottom hand, and guide the pair to bartop.
