He’s my hero. He went to a gay pride parade just because he knew that the people in the parade and the people viewing the parade would be happy, and to him, that was better than being at home and alone. That’s astounding to me. Is there another straight man or woman on this planet who would go to a gay pride parade just to be around happy people?? I don’t think so. I just can’t imagine that happening. Simply amazing!
The gentleman who had a stroke and his girlfriend are a most loving and delightful couple, so sweet and tender to each other, the got the biggest treasure life can give you. The old gentleman, he has the life attitude of a 20 year old, and he is absolutely enchanting, what a blessing!
Well compared to your system that's all based on money 🙄 none of these patients will be charged a cent while in the usa each one of these people would be charged tens of thousands of dollars SHOCKING
@@mr.vancouver007; lol. EVERYTHING is based on money. If you think the UK has “FREE” healthcare, you are mistaken. Do you really think the King and Queen are footing medical bills from everyone? The NHS is funded by taxes. High taxes, that UK residents pay. So medical bills ARE paid by residents of the UK, it is NOT free. Regarding the US and healthcare. Its very simple, actually. If you are gainfully employed, your employer pays for your healthcare. Either full or partial. I have been employed since Im eighteen. Since then, I have paid $54.00/month towards my healthcare. Now 54 years old and retired from that employment, I still only pay $54.00/month. Routine family doctor visits, I pay a copayment of $25.00. Everything else is paid by insurance. I had two hand surgeries. Both times I paid $200.00 deductibles. Also had gallstones removed. For that there were no deductibles to pay. If I go to an Emergency Room tonight, that is a $50.00 copay. Now, people who have no ambitions in life and work McDonalds or gas stations forever, they will likely not have such insurance.
Ketamine is amazing. They were able to do everything they needed to do to put my leg back together, while I wasn't even coherent enough to realize that I'm a person.

I truly wish that ER's would use Ketamine more often here in the states. I have had it during operations but, I have read that it is also great for depression. I know that there are Ketamine clinics but, my insurance won't over it. I have a disorder called CRPS - Complex regional pain syndrome. It is one of the most painful disorders there is. From what I have read, Ketamine is great for it.
There are actually ketamine clinics in big hospitals here in the U.S. Even more insurance companies are paying for the treatment. I also was diagnosed with CRPS. And yes, unbelievably painful! I broke my finger… it felt like someone had ripped it right off. People don’t understand. Good luck to you! Take care.

Ahhh...back to the first A & E episodes at King's! A bit grittier clientele but I prefer the ring of the red phone on this one over the harsher one on St George's.
@Banijay Bluelight, I believe this episode is an older one and a repeat. Will there be newer episodes coming please? The one before this seemed to be in a sequence of new episodes.
Well, if I'm ever abroad and I get ill or injured, I hope I can go to Kings. Top notch and great people. So is Ketamine like Versed? It's a retro-amnesiac drug?
The only thing about motorbike riders that scares me is that there are people who hit them on purpose. Some people see them as a nuisance and they want to hurt them. I have watched enough videos to see them aim directly at the riders. They don’t care if they kill them or paralyzed them, just as long as they’re out of their way. I always pray for everyone to have a safe and healthy travel. Please be mindful of the other drivers and riders as well as all of the passengers and pedestrians. Be careful out there everyone. ❤❤
