This method works, the only issue I saw though was his magnet placement. It was not properly spaced which would cause mad efficiency loss. And you have to take into account the area your from. Electronics can be made differently from country to country so maybe you don't need as much to run it.

okay from what i have studied this isnt' completely real ,why i say that is when magents are inserted in a fan motor and spinned it actually enerates electricity , plus his connection can actually make it stable but this isn't free energy because free energy is impossible , the water tank is providing the energy and doing so there is high wastage of water ,but thats the energy he is using to turn the blades and create electricity , this video would have been completely fake if the water was going back in the tank without any support and also the electricity created isn't much but can light up a bulb .

Fake. Why don't you measure the voltage before plug in anything? Or maybe touch the cable that comes from the fan? The secret is the cable that comes from the fan, it use to supply power to bulb/charger. The actual cable to supply the fan is hidden below the fan support.
