I didn't think about setting mutant offline and how it would affect things...apparently it made it to where you have to show off the power of the PM pistol...that exo took sooooo many shots!

Yeah the mutant offline thingy reduces both the amount of mutants and stalkers in the zone.
But I believe it's dependent on which setting you have for offline combat in the general setting, Smart Terrains or Full...or off, this will affect alot of things :)
