I feel like I've been in the preconception planning phase for 3 years, which was interrupted by a double hip replacement this year. Praying for ease and baby sprinkles in the new year😊
I just love you so much. Your warm, engaging presence is so lovely and brings such a sense of ease - whether in yoga or learning about a complex topic. Thanks so much for the work you do 🙏
Hello Kendra, I love your content, looking forward to continuation of this series. Answer to your questions - I felt that I need a lot of work on myself for the prep and it also makes me a bit anxious as I am in 30s and feel like time is running. I feel its important because I want to stay in best of health no matter whatever stage of life I am going through. So I want to do this for myself first rather than thinking of others.
I adore you and your videos!! I found you at the perfect time - I really love these preconception videos and your yoga practices. Would love to see even more yoga as I adapt my practice through this journey ♥️

Hello Kendra, I am planning to have my pregnancy, I am 29 and I have this feeling that I can't easily conceive because of my age. My weight is 53-55. That is also my problem. Can you please tell me if those are really the reasons why I can't easily conceived yet. I just got married last March 2023. Thank you
Hi there. Fertility and conception are complex. There are so many things that impact one’s ability to conceive and the time it takes to conceive. While I can’t tell you why you haven’t conceived yet (I don’t have access to your medical history and I haven’t assessed your menstrual cycle parameters or lifestyle habits since we’re not working together one-on-one. Plus there are tons of other things that affect fertility that only your provider can assess like anatomy, hormones, etc.) I can assure you 29 is not too old to conceive. The average age of first time mothers in many countries is now 30 (or older.) I encourage you to speak with your personal provider about your concerns and ask your partner to do the same. It takes two! Best wishes.
Some things may be more or less relevant and there may be some additional things to consider. Ultimately though this series is about optimizing fertility and preparing for pregnancy no matter which route you take to get there. I hope this information helps you along your journey! Be well!
