As someone who weighed 405 lbs at one point, but have been 170, for the last 3 years or so, please don't drink the orange drink or Vitamin Water if you want to lose weight. That bottle of Dragon fruit Vitamin Water has 27 grams of sugar, or 6.5 teaspoons. It's just not worth it; splurge on food, but there are plenty of good tasting drinks with alternative sweeteners. Eat and drink whatever your heart desires, but be aware.
C'mon.. give him a break.. it's not like he was guzzling glass after glass of the orange drink. It's a one day thing that he won't repeat in at least a year. So, chill. Not related.. congratulations on your weight loss journey!!

Even though it's like that everywhere at Dragon Con. I wish Adam showed the Wayne's World mirthmobile a little longer and didn't cut away from it so fast. I wanted to see if there was Wayne and Garth cosplayers inside it.

Man the D*Con Parade has gotten much more elaborate since the last time I was there twenty years ago! I saw Peter Murphy (of Bauhaus) play at The Fox Theater. Awesome venue.
Really great coverage of the parade. That was a really cool moment seeing Marty Krofft riding with HR Pufnstuf. In May 2022, the Kroffts participated in the first Krofft Kon, a convention held in Orinda, California, where they were joined by some of the actors from their television series. That would be fun to see again.
I met you in the Vendor line Saturday. You were very nice to me, thanks for taking a picture. I watched the channel for a long time. Its funny, my family and i dropped out of line in about the same spot. But Sunday was alot easier to get thru the line

The Varsity is one of those old Atlanta Icons that have been hyped beyond it's relevance. It was always just an Atlanta restaurant that served burgers with awful pimento cheese on it.
It's not the carbonation in soda that makes it bad. Soda is considered a soft drink. Varsity Orange is most definitely a soft drink as well. It contains 134 cals & 33 g of carbs, 23 of which are sugar per 8oz serving. It was a cheat day though, treat yourself! Just thought you might like the details. Whenever I have a layover in Atlanta, I make sure it is long enough, so I can go to the Varsity, that place is legendary. Great video is always Adam.
