- Dirty power steering fluid may mean it’s time to change to change out the power steering hoses. This video details this job on a 2011 Honda Accord with a 2.4L engine. This job is not technically difficult, but access to power steering lines is challenging. Power steering lines are installed at an early stage of a vehicle build, so everything seems to be in the way!
Rubber hose for me is leaking on both sides, fluid is still clean, I think I should be able to replace the hose myself. Trying tomorrow hopefully all goes well
What hose are you referring to at 0:24 ? Mine broke and I need to replace it but don’t know the name
You will see the replacement hose I used at 15:51. It's a short return hose behind a wheel well cover. I bought it from Rock Auto.
Whats the name and part number for the feed line . That really long one. Thank you.
That's the high pressure hose assembly. 7:19. It's an Edelmann. I don't have the part number anymore though.
What’s the name to the hose that connects from the Reservior to the p/s pump? i’ve been trying to find it but nobody has it.
