    I can't wait to try this. Because I listen to so much K-music, UA-cam's algorithms found me a few months ago and sent me some of your videos. Though I've practiced Yoga for 50 years (I'm 75), I found myself getting locked into certain movement patterns. A movement specialist said that that's normal and to find ANYTHING new that you think is fun to increase mobility. That's when I found your workouts! The enthusiasm and warmth with which you present the workouts are what keep me going back every day. It's hard to explain to friends and family about how that same warmth from musical artists draws me to K-music. It's hard for even ME to understand. I look forward to every session with you. They have increased my joy level tremendously, and my body feels great! So, thank you, Allblanc (and Epik High, SHINee, FT Island, BTS, and on and on.)

    Good job! You guys I think it's better to add music in the background and talk a little less ...because people can't read sutitles while working out lol ..the workout is pretty easy so there is no need for so much explanations lol. Just a suggestion ❤

      I love the subtitles. Although I have to get a little closer to the computer to read them. For me, the talking makes it more personal.
