We see a new shift: the superiority of hand-made machines on factory machines and Paoson one of the best creators in hand-made. Thanks for your great videos.
Really great, beautiful and professional work. I followed all your videos, especially the band saw, and they were wonderful and motivating... I liked owning such a saw, but the financial capabilities do not allow. Can a beginner and someone with little experience make such a saw? Please send me all the sizes of the saw as a help, if possible. ...thank you...I admire your work...a beginner amateur and lover of woodwork from Algeria
Absolutely the most beautiful home build bandsaw i have ever seen in seen in YT. Thanks for sharing this project Sir. I am a dedicated follower of your channel since the beginning and will certainly try to build some of your projects myself.
WOW! I have got to stop procrastinating and start ordering some of your plans and start filling up my workshop. I think I'll get greater satisfaction building the tools myself as opposed to spending hundreds of dollars buying them. You do great work sir. Cheers!
I really like your model. I made one last year using 2x4s. It was a prototype. As I am planning my next one, I think I will inspire myself with yours! Thanks! :)
It really is a beautiful machine. Solid and highly functional just like any other bandsaw except you have adjustable guides, blade adjustments, and table adjustments for up to 45 degrees, sleds, and fence. Maybe I'll build one when I get more free time.
Well made saw. Like all other projects. Amazing as always.I have an old cast iron saw, and I'd love to cut it off as well as yours.I look forward to another project.
I like your work and you are very precise, every one of you cast! I'm sorry about the bad English because I'm writing you through a google translate application
Hi, thanks for the well documented build. I’d like some more details on the upper wheel assembly. Can you please share a drawing for further study and to help me understand how the mechanism raises lowers and tilts? Thank very much and great job!
Thank you for this great plan. I purchased your plan and working on it now. Regarding the blade thickness, i found 19mm width with 0.9 thickness. Couldn't find less than this. Will this be problem?
I have a 350W motor with a max rpm 2650, will it be ideal for a bandsaw?. I want to make your bandsaw too. An which dust extractor are you using in this video.
Hello, I want to ask you about the bandsaw I would like to make. I have 2 wooden wheels of 56 cm, but I have to cut them a little, because the edges are damaged, and I have saw 4 teeth per inch (carbide). Now, how much do I reduce the wheels and how meny RPM needs to be with a 1.5 KW engine ? Give me some advice, thanks in advance, greeting ...
thanks Bram, the thickness is more important than the length of the blade. Since this is a medium-sized bandsaw, if the blade were too thick it could break after continued use, since thicker blades are meant for bigger wheels.

hey, nice bandsaw and video series! I'm planning (more willing than planning...) to build one but - most probably - will try to use solid wood. You can try to straighten the blade by hammering it near the weld in the other side of the bow. BTW what is the blade size (mm/in)?
Band Saw Plans: bit.ly/2JisRjf
Sir if the size of bandsaw blade is 2490 is it fit to your bandsaw? because here in my place only available maximum bandsaw blade is 2240 only..
@@rommelpablo1381 2240 blades will not work. It is easy to find 2490 blades online. Some sites even custom weld them
@@Paoson_Woodworking thank you Sir,
Nice work! Also: nice shoes! Where can i get them??? :-)

Love this thing, will make a great winter project. Looks like a Rikon. Like someone said "Best looking on YT" again doesn't look like a DIY build.

Make a workshop tour, it will be fantastic

Mattias Wandel did a video on how to straighten improperly welded bandsaw blades. Can't find the link but remember him showing how to do it.
thanks!
Tolles Projekt ***** einfach Super 👍

thank you so much mate!
Are those guides really made out of teflon? 7:13 Isn't teflon really expensive?

Hola!!
Donde compras el contrachapado? Que tipo de contrachapado es?
Gracias
always so interesting your videos ... plywood master :)
thank you
Es una sierra hermosa , excelente trabajo
Very nice video man ! I've got a question: do you know the proportions between the wheel diameter and the band saw blade length of a bandsaw ?
thanks Bram, the thickness is more important than the length of the blade. Since this is a medium-sized bandsaw, if the blade were too thick it could break after continued use, since thicker blades are meant for bigger wheels.
Paoson WoodWorking thanks for your response! Can you cut metal on your saw too ? (With a special blade of course 😂)
COOL!!!
"....Brilliant as always Senor Suso....!"
thanks as always!
I love it!!
mindblowing
obrigado!

Hi, how many power horses does the engine have?
I've equipped it with a 1 horsepower, 1500 rpm motor
ok thank you very much, very good video. Greetings.
hey, nice bandsaw and video series! I'm planning (more willing than planning...) to build one but - most probably - will try to use solid wood. You can try to straighten the blade by hammering it near the weld in the other side of the bow. BTW what is the blade size (mm/in)?
thank sfor your advice. 2490mm or 98"
Suso, did you have all the fasteners or did you do out and buy everything? I did a price check on all the fasteners and it's a good $100.
I bought some of them... maybe all the fasteners costs about $100
Super job👍👍👍
great video and bandsaw
excellent as always
hi Paoson! how many sheets of plywood did you use for the whole project?
