I love during the countdown when you tell us to find the still place within us. So much of guided meditation makes it seem like you have to create that stillness, and that can feel frustrating and stressful for some. But the suggestion that it is already there and we just need to find it makes it much more attainable and I think this is a great “countdown” for those just beginning to meditate. I have people ask me to “teach them to meditate” all the time. I think I’m going to direct them here.

My worst trauma is people gaslighting me that what is done to me I’m the one doing to them and I can’t imagine a pain that is worse, but I try to look at the bright side, this abuse gives me great insight in the shadow of our human consciousness and the abuse actually helps me transcend the illusion of identity and gives me the gift of clarity, we are but one family and we all share the same worth and love and therefore there is nothing to achieve, nothing to heal, we are all perfect just the way we are, that is true acceptance and healing, this wisdom helps me set boundaries through the lens of unconditional kindness ❤
