I listen to you every night but I have yet to finish a story because I’m asleep within 20mins. You have been extremely helpful for my anxiety and overthinking that would keep me up for 3-4 hrs every night. I am so grateful I stumbled upon your page.
I have almost zero comments on UA-cam from all my years consuming content, but I felt compelled to comment here since this channel has been nothing short of life changing. From someone who has seriously always had horrific problems sleeping at night, being able to turn on one of those videos and let the magic happen has been nothing short of incredible. It used to take me several hours to even get close to falling asleep at night, but now I can turn on this channel and know with certainty that I will be out cold by the time the video is done. Only once since I started tuning into this channel have I woken back up during the night, and the video was still active and I was out in seconds after hearing Stephen gently talk me back to sleep. I’ve struggled with insomnia for well over a decade, but this channel has completely changed my life since it’s helped me find a way to work through it. I found this channel just over a month ago, and slept to one of Stephen’s videos every night since. It’s been absolutely incredible how much regularly getting a full night of sleep has changed my life. Please for the love of all that is good in this world, please keep making this content. I wish more people knew about this. Side Note: The Meditation videos are my favorite. I have listened to the Nidra Meditation video in particular at least 20 full times now. I set a timer on my phone or tv if I’m dreaming from there to stop playing when the video ends and know for certain I will be asleep by the time the video ends. Hasn’t failed me once yet.

I’ve no idea how they end, but that’s the point and is a testament to how effective they are. Love the meditation and mindfulness at the start, the dark screens, and your soothing voice.
