Another great video Sam... The Army-Navy football game, one of the most storied rivalries in college football, has a rich history dating back to the first game in 1890. Army / Navy has 125 games under there belts... Navy Wins: 63 Army Wins: 55 Tie Games: 7
So freakin cool. Truly a fun and enjoyable watch! Keep bridging the gap between us regular folks and our military! Such incredible stories and incredible people 🤙🏼🤙🏼
@@wotan10950 his resume says otherwise. Perhaps in 2025, he isn't as much in the lime light, but in the late 90's up to about 2014, he was a top billing actor in some of the most memorable comedy films.
I love that our military has the teams like this. The golden knights, thunderbirds and blue angels are all so awesome. I grew up in eastern NC so I was lucky enough to see them all perform several times. When I was a kid they were all were all like superhero’s.
My uncle Jerry was a Golden Knight and served 3 tours in Vietnam. He remained jumping until he passed 4 years ago. He even went on to do Skydive stunts for movies such as Terminal Velocity. Pretty cool to see you embed with the Golden Knights.
Hey Sam, Your videos have always been among my favorites and, as a former skydiver, this is right at the top (so far). I hope that you and your channel are around for many years to come. You rock, dude!
My first job ever was as a videographer at Skydive Dubai and the Golden Knights came for the Skydive World Cup event one year and one of them gifted me their Golden Knights shirt. It's the coolest shirt I own! Mad love to them!
Sam's videos make me feel so Patriotic ASF! Such great productions every time, with the perfect blend of access and cinema.........very very well crafted indeed!
There is NOTHING like attending an Army-Navy game. It's a truly humbling privilege to be part of something with so much history and mutual respect wrapped up in a TRULY electric, passionate crowd. It's great seeing the Golden Knights set the standard! Unfortunately, the game didn't go Army's way this year in a truly spectacular upset. My deepest condolences go out to my college competitors, but as a Navy squid I can only empathize so much, especially since we lost all 4 years I attended the Naval Academy (and every game came down to the final few nail-biting minutes). Go Navy, Beat Army!
That’s crazy because Dj Shipley said he was right around 4,000 jumps before he had to stop from injuries. He talked about how much he loved it and was trying to break records and everything else and only 1 person on this team had more than him but that guy also wasn’t a Tier 1 guy training for 100 other things being in the most dangerous conditions and locations. He gets to just focus on skydiving for his career so that is beyond impressive by Dj Shipley. I imagine Cole had around the same amount of jumps as Dj too because they trained and do everything together.
I jumped with the Golden Knights back in '93 to celebrate Wendy's suits. They really are so precise and amazing to see in person, especially in the air with them.
They’re only two hard things about being part of the Golden Knights: 1. Assessment & Selection 2. Once you’re part of the team, having to leave (PCS) once your tour is up.
Sorry, after a THOUROUGH investigation we have determined your knee injuries are NOT service related! LOL, in all seriousness what a cool video, these guys are awesome!
Nah, anything that involves defying gravity is a no for me. I cannot fathom the minerals these guys possess to chuck themselves out of a plane, from a great height, attached to little more than a bedsheet. Massive respect.
Damn SAM! ....Awesome job, you literally take it to new heights with every new vid. Gotta luv the SamFans snaggin pics in the stadium #SAM 😎 * If you aren't SUB'ed, what are you waiting for? Let's get it and push Sam and team over the 1 MILL mark...Do It!! *
Sam all I can say is Freaking Awesome Man 🇺🇸. You jumped out of a perfectly good airplane with some of the Coolest people in the US Army 😎 way Cool. It looked like it might have been a little difficult to make. Great Job Everyone 👍. Fantastic video Sam 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸. Al

I just have one question
How much did this experience cost
Can you try and go to the c-5M the biggest military airplane
So freakin cool. Truly a fun and enjoyable watch! Keep bridging the gap between us regular folks and our military! Such incredible stories and incredible people 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Thanks guys!!!

My cousin was a Golden Knight. He was the one that jumped tandem with Vince Vaughn. So cool to see behind the scenes on what he did. Awesome video!
Joe Abelin!!! He’s the pilot at my work! ❤
@ Nice! He’s awesome! Tell him cousin Jeff says Hi!
Kudos to your cousin! But Vince Vaughn? He’s a minor celebrity, at best.
@@wotan10950why do you feel the need to say this?

9:36 bro the cameraman is just there free falling 😂
That man goated!!!
cameraman never dies
can someone explain how he's able to land? does he latch hands in the sky with a duo that has a parachute?
@@Bryanleefitif you look you can sort of see straps to a thin parachute from the look of things
@@Bryanleefit pause at 9:42, you will see his parachute
Let's GO! Team crushed it, and Chance cooked up an absolute banger of an edit.
Being a skydiver myself I really appreciate this episode, the Golden Nights and other military skydiving teams around the world. Blue skies! 🤙

100 square feet by 100 square feet landing zone? That is a interesting way to measure.............
Clearly not getting paid for their calculation skills :D
I recoiled slightly when he said that and had to replay it 😂 Interesting measurement as you say 😂
I've had the opportunity to jump with them several times many years ago in Raeford, NC when I used to jump regularly. Amazing group of people.
Watching your videos is both an inspiration and encouragement!

the Other Guys reference they say before jumping "Aim for the bushes" is LEGENDARY!!!
This man is doing so incredible providing us the real content we deserve to see in the real world right now
this was the best video I ever watched. thank you
What a freaking great experience. Thank you!
I jut love the "aim for the bushes" hype up.
Great video Sam! Loved it! And your hair looks great at 120 mph! 😂 🤘🏻🪂

Another amazing video Sam.
Mission First. The US Army does not fail, its not an option. Huge respect to these Soldiers, Mission First.
Go Army!!! Thanks for the ride.
Arguably your best video
AWESOME ARMY NAVY GO GO GO
I actually saw the VFA-103 FA/18F Super Hornets over MD. They had to keep circling around before going over to Landover.
7:43 That transition was smooooooth
I've had the pleasure of photographing the Golden Knights while on their plane. They're incredible.

I bet they were feeling real American in that stadium.
I’m not sure what that means. I feel real American when I volunteer at the local old folks home. Or when I donate blood.
Except for the illegal aliens that sell beer there.
I feel patriotic watching this. Love from Australia. God bless America

I hope your not being sarcastic my son is one of those boys and it's beyond pride it's selfless

It’s an awesome experience, got to jump with SFC Reis last year. Great team and the fall was to be honest, very peaceful.
One of your best videos. Truly inspiring 🤖
Wow, thank you!
This was great Sam! awesome production.
This maybe by far the most relaxed but focused team.
This guy makes the most best ways for me to learn about the United States cool fleet and unique kinds of aircrafts
WoW! Greetings from Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean!

The most frightening thing for me was just that first step out of the aircraft; after that, I felt like Superman.

LOL, in all seriousness what a cool video, these guys are awesome!
5:15 I was not expecting THAT reference, of all things, but these guys are better equipped to aim for the bushes than Sam and Dwayne were.
So dope 🙌🙌
“JP” John Pemberton is the fucking man, such a solid and humble dude. He was outside camera on my 3rd jump ever.
Had the pleasure of doing a fun jump with them in '89 . . World's best skydivers
Your the coolest dude i ever watched ❤

Awesome video. Would have been interesting to see what it takes to get on the team and how hard it is.
I've never been 3 hours early this is cool
I didn't realize that Army had fixed-wing pilots...I thought they were all rotary. Interesting and very cool!
About 300 fixed wing aircraft excluding unmanned, Biz jets for vip and lots of twin props of assorted sizes

i wonder what percentage of military personnel over the next few years enlisted because of Sam's videos.
I am fully enjoyed this show from Bangladesh.
Deal is, the winds in the BoWL. Like blowing across the top of a Come bottle and the winds like the roll down sheers
@Sam Eckholm rate your experience between the golden knights and the wings of blue?
