Guessing the 1969 Footage was taken during the CNE judging by Southbound Dufferin being closed to all but TTC traffic and police officers on point duty at several intersections.
Neat seeing Dufferin and King before drug culture took over. Every bar on that block is crawling with addicts and dealers today. Friendly people but all working through issues. My family lived in Parkdale from the 1800s until the 1950s. Lots of stories and the stories continue.
That was great. Except the person who shot the 2021 footage needs to learn something about high frame rates. We can't read the electronic signs. A big mistake made by most younger cinematographers these days.
@@Humulator Um no. You're wrong. It's about frame rate. And so many amateur videographers make the same mistake by putting the frame rate too high. By having it lower the screen will pulse perhaps two times in each frame and it won't flicker. How do I know this? Professional photographer for over 40 years.
