I wish there was an episode that revealed how Homer was still earning royalties from his barbershop quartet days. The plot would be about him discovering that the B-Sharps have fans in a different country or a company is using their music for baby safety ads. Also the episode Lisa the boy scout revealed the creators were aware of the coma theory yet used Bart the daredevil instead of the season 4 clip show.

Any TV show that ever includes time travel will always gain some crazy theories. I do really like the one about Abe being a time traveler though, or even a different version of Homer that ended up being his own father.
Either Hans Moleman is a ghost or he does'nt exist. That's why we've never seen a younger Hans, but people like Mr Burns, Grandpa, Homer, Marge etc we've seen younger and dies so many times
I always thought Grampa made way more sense as the actual killer: 1. He had motive, as Burns destroyed his retirement home. 2. He and Burns are longtime antagonists, so Burns would have recognized him. 3. Grampa is one of the few residents in Springfield who would have struggled physically against Burns. 4. The Simpson DNA evidence would still apply. The only real evidence against him is that the bullet that shot Burns did not come from Grampa’s gun, but the struggle between the two could have just as easily resulted in Grampa using Burns’ gun, especially considering how easy it was for Maggie.
It is almost certain that the Simpson is being talked about in past tense, meaning it happened long ago. We have to ask who could do it and even have the talent. Bart creates a cartoon about Holmer and it becomes a hit. This gives Bart not only the ability to write the Simpsons but lore also, because he had already done it once in the show itself.
In the case of Wiggum possibly not being Ralph's father, they may not share a lot of physical resemblance, but they share the same intelligence, or lack thereof.

#9 Apu was already living a humble life waaaaaaaay before the octuplets and well before ever meeting Manjula. Maybe he saved it away and has since depleted the money, but the 8 kids came so long after the B-Sharps that they cannot be the catalyst for his modest lifestyle Homer might be getting residuals/royalties, but it makes more sense that he’s been draining Bart’s bank account from the various times when Bart gained notoriety

I have a theory about how the Simpsons always seem to have money despite Homer's low paying job. I think Homer still receives music royalties from being in the B Sharps, Bart receives music royalties from being a member of Party Posse and Homer continues to generate income as the owner of the Denver Broncos.
#1 is an interesting take. I would account for how we see events moving forward (he’s still hearing/processing things he’s hearing and envisioning them through a coma’d filter where everyone he knows is exactly as he last saw them both in age and appearance… but it DOESN’T account for all the scenes and interactions of characters that he wouldn’t be nearby to overhear from where-ever he’s currently located. A lot of characters that don’t ever interact with Homer directly could just be getting airtime because he’s hearing people closer to him describing how their days went since their last visit, but there are degrees of separation that are too far to really work in this context, but it’s still an interesting theory to me
#16: If Moe "knows" that Bart was pranking him and cool with it, then why did he believe Jimbo did it and tried to kill him for doing it? #8: Did anyone watch that episode? You can see perfectly clear that Marge was nowhere near Mr. Burns when he was shot. These theories are really confusing.😑
Unless the theory states a time travelling Marge was the one to shoot burns who went to protect Maggie from him. And Maggie took the fall.. Or In the future Maggie has be came unhinged and Marge couldn’t understand. She asks fink to use the Time Machine and she was accidentally sent back to where the night Burns was shot. She see’s Maggie in the car fighting over the candy and goes to protect her daughter by taking the gun and shooting burns. Shock over what she done the gun flies out of her hand and lands in the car just as Marge is sent back to the future. Ok what I said doesn’t make sense… same with the fan theories

Some theories aren't true. Barney and Moe aren't the same person. Maude absolutely loved Ned. Burns knows Homer is incompetent. He really does. But he looks the other way. For some reason. It's possible some episodes are in different universes. Marge didn't shoot Mr. Burns. It's possible Springfield exists out of time and space. It's possible. Homer is not in a coma. I call B.S. on each episode taking place separately in a different universe as there's been instances of events that were influenced by other events, such as the shooting of Mr. Burns, the death of Frank Grimes, Bart getting accidentally hit by Mr. Burns's car, and the remembrance that Lionel Hutz was a lawyer. @17:50, plus, Marge has been shown to have known calculus at one time, but doesn't know how to anymore, and Bart has been shown to have done alright in school at one time, but has been shown to have progressively gotten worse, and Homer proposing a theory of a donut-shaped universe YEARS before the math actually checked out.
For #19, Bart was already one at birth. Homer only got in because he was Abe's son, so Bart would've already got in. Bart also saved Mr. Burns' life, but that's a hat on a hat. I mean it's pretty implied

The episodes New Kid On The Block and Homer The Smithers, proves Moe doesn't know Bart is making the prank calls. In New Kid On The Block, Bart tells Moe he is Jimbo Jones and Moe happily believes him and says I knew he would slip up sooner or later. In Homer The Smithers after being punched by Homer, Burns tries to call Smithers and coincidentally calls Moe's number. And after asking to speak to Smithers, Moe mistakes the request as a prank call, and gives the usual violent threat.

I feel like the real reason why Patty and Selma resent Homer is because he was a complete downgrade to Marge's last boyfriend, Arty Ziff. Also, in modern tones, Arty is rich while Homer is not. Maybe they're wanting to mooch off their brother in law?
#14 is a stretch basing it on just the wiry hair… Milhouse is a ringer for his parents because he’s the product of inbreeding (his parents are cousins; possibly 1st cousins) so it would be near impossible for him *not* to have many of their same features Eddy isn’t nearly as dumb as Ralph nor Chief Wiggum and the hair could simply be a family trait from his mothers’ side of the family, seeing that he’s got his mothers nose

20 In one episode of The Simpsons Moe said he couldn't afford to change the name on the sign so he changed his name to Moe but then in another episode where we meet his father his name is Moe since birth. 17 I don't think every episode is a new universe there's one episode that flashbacks to when bart and Lisa went to kamp Krusty. I think there might be another episode that also flashbacks to a previous one. 14. The Simpsons have recently done a episode where they showed some of the fan theories and this was one of them. And you did show the clip from that. 11 there's one episode where him and try to do an Ocean's 11 a book highest and they do get caught in that episode. (If 17 was true then it would make some of these not true) 7 Yeah but they've said that anything in a Treehouse of Horror is non Canon. 4 Didn't bart speak French because he drank the wine with antifreeze? 3 there has been a scene where there are two more men at the same time but that could just be reused of character for the background other shows have done that. 2 & 1 you really should stop saying that no characters have aged. #1 ~might~ make the slightest bit of sense if they bore any hint of physical similarities. Going back in time to your childhood and attempting a different path wouldn’t have physically altered his nose, hair color or body frame. Even if one tries to argue that leaving his hometown where he developed his trademark strong accent for a different and more subtle one, that doesn’t explain how he’s both more capable but far dumber than his bartender outcome. Moe’s main downfall is that he’s shortsighted and constantly involved in shady dealings, I’m not sure how his business owning “loser” version would suddenly fall victim to alcoholism by simply walking into a bar when his original self is seldom shown to drink at all. That and it wasn’t even walking into Moe’s that doomed Barney, it was Homer giving him a beer the night before a big test if I recall
#2 if the Simpsons/Springfield exists outside time and space, then how has there never been any awareness by outside entities? Characters leave the town all the time; they travel, they have people they know outside the town… the government and media knows about the town and the government/media is well aware of the passage of time Even within the town they’ve been fully aware of the passage of time as presidents change periodically, occasional birthdays have occurred and even deaths… each that have specific years associated with them. At some point they’d either become fully aware that there is something suspicious with their town, or that they have all accepted that they are living in a twilight zone esque world where time passes as normal but that their residents’ aging is incredibly slowed/halted… except there are nods that time passes by normally both in standard episodes as well as THoH episodes that show specific futures (like when time was shown to have progressed normally to show a Justice of the Supreme Court Bart or the time lapse family photo over the coming years… If anything this one can’t be accurate but does go a long way to feed the multi-universe theory (that each episode/clusters of episodes or each season is happening in a different universe)

17 I don't think every episode is a new universe there's one episode that flashbacks to when bart and Lisa went to kamp Krusty. I think there might be another episode that also flashbacks to a previous one.

#1 ~might~ make the slightest bit of sense if they bore any hint of physical similarities. Going back in time to your childhood and attempting a different path wouldn’t have physically altered his nose, hair color or body frame.
Even if one tries to argue that leaving his hometown where he developed his trademark strong accent for a different and more subtle one, that doesn’t explain how he’s both more capable but far dumber than his bartender outcome.
Moe’s main downfall is that he’s shortsighted and constantly involved in shady dealings, I’m not sure how his business owning “loser” version would suddenly fall victim to alcoholism by simply walking into a bar when his original self is seldom shown to drink at all. That and it wasn’t even walking into Moe’s that doomed Barney, it was Homer giving him a beer the night before a big test if I recall

#2 if the Simpsons/Springfield exists outside time and space, then how has there never been any awareness by outside entities? Characters leave the town all the time; they travel, they have people they know outside the town… the government and media knows about the town and the government/media is well aware of the passage of time
Even within the town they’ve been fully aware of the passage of time as presidents change periodically, occasional birthdays have occurred and even deaths… each that have specific years associated with them. At some point they’d either become fully aware that there is something suspicious with their town, or that they have all accepted that they are living in a twilight zone esque world where time passes as normal but that their residents’ aging is incredibly slowed/halted… except there are nods that time passes by normally both in standard episodes as well as THoH episodes that show specific futures (like when time was shown to have progressed normally to show a Justice of the Supreme Court Bart or the time lapse family photo over the coming years…
If anything this one can’t be accurate but does go a long way to feed the multi-universe theory (that each episode/clusters of episodes or each season is happening in a different universe)
