People make improvements all the time

What if he was in that heat and what if he pressed all the way through. or imagine when he ran 19.75 200 M and shut it down maybe 30 m before the finish line.. he had 19.4 happened sometimes.. the greatest ever Flo-Jo ran 10.61 in the semifinals I think that was the quarterfinals.
