You need to use CRU or custom resolution utility to add the resolutions to the settings/graphics command centre to make it stretched, in display scaling for laptops, make sure it is set to stretched so it fully stretches the screen, try 1600x1080 and 1440x1080
Previous versions of the Intel Graphics Command Center showed the Custom Resolution setting for internal displays but did not actually allow a custom resolution to be applied, therefore the Custom Resolution setting was removed. This is considered to be expected behavior. Intel cannot and never has been able to extend support for custom resolutions on internal driver displays due to hardware limitations. You can get that resolution only when you have a FHD monitor. Even if you found a way to change your resolution to 1920x1080, you'll still see your display's max resolution which I suspect is 1366x768p.
You cannot make a display higher resolution, only lower. If that is all your laptop display can show than there is no way to make it a higher resolution unless you connect to a display that actually is a higher resolution.
My drivers are up to date and still can't use this option. It's a good thing I have my GPU delivered soon so will stop playing Cs:Go although I am global and people need me xD
