@@hellolongden I mean, Zack has gotten hate since Sucker Punch which was certainly his film. You can't say they all hate him for stuff he didn't do. With that said, you can say the hate goes too often into petty, downright insulting areas. Because it does. People cross a line when they go from criticism to insults. It's half of why talking about Snyder is such a shitshow these days. People are either making dangerously horrendous insults towards him, or worshipping him to such a degree that no criticism at all is allowed. Which leaves people like me who think Snyder is "fine" being the ones who pay the price, because we have BOTH sides of that on our asses.
It's good that Zack is doing his thing at Netflix. Can't believe all of this started just because WB decided to cut 30 mins from BvS. And they still haven't learnt their lesson after putting out movies like BoP, WW84, Black Adam and Shazam 2

That "Move on" Narrative is pure Copium btw.
@@abdoul5176 yeah...
oh my god OH MY God. Three legends of CBMs ♥️😱😍✨
#RestoreTheSnyderverse
Okay Zack Snyder and the Russo brothers is the crossover I didn't know I needed.
Why?
I could listen to all three of them for 4 semesters.
“Artists are the innovators” great quote. Zack is an inspiration and much respect to the Russo brothers for asking great questions and listening since they are amazing as well.
Wow, 3 of my favourite comic book movie directors in the same room. Definitely added to my watch list!
My favourite comic book films in no order.
CA: TWS
A:IW
Man of Steel
BvS
ZSJL
@Paraone Ngatai wow same list as mine, definitely one with taste ;).
great taste
Great list! TWS was the biggest MCU surprise since IM1 for me and IW felt way more hype than EG overall IMO.
My list:
1. Zack Snyder's Justice League
2. CA: The Winter Soldier
3. Man of Steel
4. Batman v Superman UE
5. Avengers Endgame
6. CA: Civil War
7. Avengers Infinity War
@Heaven O'Heck agree. I forgot to add the first GotG on my list.
CA:TWS and GotG came out at the time when people thought comic book movies were running out of steam.... but damn those 2 movies changed things up and were a breath of much needed fresh air (especially in the MCU).
I'm so so happy and appreciate this conversation. All of us DC vs Marvel and Marvel vs DC heads need to take note and watch this. 2 artists (actually 3) sitting down and nerding out on each other processes. Thank you Russo Bros. for this. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Everything Zack did was a masterpiece. Hoping he will get back or do more DC movies.
The creative team for both Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars should be as follows:
Producers: Kevin Feige, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo
Writers: Christopher Markus, Stephen McFeely
Director: Zack Snyder
Composer: Hans Zimmer
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty runtime: 2hrs, 45mins
Avengers: Secret Wars runtime: 3hrs, 5mins
This was made perfectly for me, I’ve been wanting to work on movies at such a young age but had the lack of money and education so it never came to fruition but getting to hear how you all work and how others works helps so much, genuinely thank you
Nice to see these three together. Such a shame we'll never see Snyder's vision completed.
My hero mr Zack Snyder 😭😭😭
Man.. I love Zack and his movies... I don't care what anyone says... He is a genuinely nice guy and he has such a passion in making movies and sharing his version of a superhero story. ZSJL is one of the best superhero movies in my mind, definitely top 5... What's ironic is that my favorite superhero movie is directed by the people he is talking to, the Russo brothers, which is Avengers Infinity War. Three amazing superhero directors!!!
Zack snyder is a genius. ZSJL and MOS are among the top 5 comic book movies of all time.
Oh I love em both. They're so awesome and rewatchable movies
The dark knight 2008 is the best movie, but I don’t consider that as a comic book movie since it doesn’t feel like comic Batman movie.
I always wondered how much effort was put into Zack’s Story Board drawings/sketches and now he in understand. He went to art class and is very visionary! Great job Zack
Avengers directors praising Zack as one of the best visionaries in the film industry is legit, meanwhile WB lol
I think the fact that the filmmakers of our industry love Snyder shows that he is more than what the audiences let on. I defend his movies a lot (not all of them because I do think some are bad) because he is just an excellent visual storyteller. And as someone who dabbles in art myself I find his work to be a huge inspiration in terms of tone for my pieces.
Edit:
Also nice 6.9k likes on the vid 👌
Zack is very much an influence on me for how i want to make films. His films look great and are well shot.
I don't understand why so much people hate him, and most of hater hated him because something he didn't do
@@hellolongden I mean, Zack has gotten hate since Sucker Punch which was certainly his film.
@@northwindkey I think people just don't like sucker punch, but don't hate him since that film, I think he gotten hate since BvS much more
Three Legend in One Movie
It's ok to dislike Zack's work. But people hate on this dude like he took their grandma off life support or something 🙄
If you listen carefully and attentively you'll hear that he's really passionate and enjoys what he's doing.
It's good that Zack is doing his thing at Netflix. Can't believe all of this started just because WB decided to cut 30 mins from BvS. And they still haven't learnt their lesson after putting out movies like BoP, WW84, Black Adam and Shazam 2
Imagine making the table full with Rian Johnson, Denis Villnueve & Chris Nolan, James Gunn....That would rival any roundtable.
This is fucking awesome, the Russo's were the best thing to happen to the mcu and Zack Snyder is a great director and an awesome guy who deserves to have his vision realised. #RestoreTheSnyderVerse
Zack Snyder is my favourite director 👌
Feeling Zacktivated.🔥
Love from Sri Lanka!🇱🇰
I absolutely love Zack Snyder. He's one of my heroes. Wished he would talk about actors who've directed what it was like filming them i.e. Ben Affleck.
I want Part 2 already
I really believe that Zack Snyder should have done DC Elseworlds stories, because as a filmmaker-artist a safe comic book movie, its not like his thing, but for elseworlds, he can do all the deconstruction and take characters to places that normal fans would find unconfortable
Except you know, people won't treat anything Snyder makes as an Elseworld story. Those hates will always hate him for the most arbitrary of reasons.
@@memecliparchives2254 Yeah but at least then the more reasonable of his critics, like myself, wouldn't find ourselves on the side of the haters. We'd be more likely to be fans.
Love zack snyder. More of Zack, please. Need 3 hours of this..
I love Zack Snyder, this has been a very enjoyable and educational watch.❤
Can't wait for Rebel Moon! I just know that it's going to be remarkable 🔥
Visionary Director, Zack Snyder
I like that there's a comradery here, they're all working as equals in the same industry and genuinely enjoy each other's company. Good stuff
Thank you, ruso brothers, for bringing our BOSS to your show...
