The higher the pressure, the more air will dissolve in water (see DAF principle).
In the video you explain the exact opposite.
The vortex is good for separating solids, not for adding air.

It will go down as your system matures. Egg shell or lime to bring it up.

Im still troubled by all aquaponics programs I've seen require a pellet feed for the fish, is there a sustainable/farm made alternative?
