    Sir.i am meditating for some days now.within 5 to 10 minutes of focusing on breathe my breathe vanishes although kind of thoughts keep coming.and my focus goes automatically on the third eye area.also I face kind of heaviness on my forehead.pls help

      Look at pain, don't judge it, just look at it with dispassionate awareness, the pain will reach a peak and then dissappear.
