- Here's my review and personal experience in the store in Bangkok, Thailand. This is my pre-spend before getting my Kelly 20 Desordre Bag. Glad this video is helpful. It's called protective film on the hardwares same as the film that they used for watches.

I'm sorry. I have no idea for tourists in Thailand. I think the same rules apply. You'd probably have to visit the store regularly if you fly over often.
