Awww bless you … i love you video well done and good luck with you new business venture …I’m starting a Candle business so it was nice to see your video and to hear someone else is starting up to. Keep going they look lovely and I’m sure they smell as good as they look x
Ty so much, and you also, I will be doing some more, I have been working on some different projects and I need to get a website built, good luck with your candle business also, I am working on some Reiki wax melts, I have seen these in candles, x
Hi. I watched another video before watching your's and made some according to the instructions in that video. They were very wet so I doubled the salt and they were still pretty wet as the suggestion was 90g salt and 10g fragrance. after watching your video, I see why. You really only need a small amount of fragrance or they'll be damp like mine and overpowering. Thank you for your video. I really learned something. I will be using the 2-3g as you suggest in future and see how that goes. 👍
If you are thinking of doing other things, ie room fresheners, or car ones, always cover yourself on the label, especially with EO as they can leak and mark surfaces xx
Hi, if you use the course sea salt which is white, just add a little pinch at a time, and mix well, add it after the FO, I tend not to add any to Himalayan salt as it has a nice pink ish colour. I hope this helps
Yes I use mica all the time, I will be uploading more videos, I am just in the process of making a chakra wax melt set, and looking at designs for boxes, my next video will be on making hoover disks, hopefully in the next day or so. X
You must have a CLP label, the same as you would on a wax melt, you can obtain the information from where you buy your fragrance oil from, I get mine done for me, but you can do them yourself X
@@Vonnie01223 great I will taking a look maybe you could for us beginners about labels and prices as many people don't know how to do that (,like me ) lol ty x

@@lucybrowning2946 yes, as this is what throws the scent out, always use the appropriate unscented tea light, and check for cracks etc in your burner, the scent throw isnt as long lasting as the salts dont dry out, always do some research as well, on what salts are best as there are so many different views, always test as well, alot of videos show how to make, but not about the behind the scenes so to speak, ie correct labels, testing, draughts, etc, I hope this has been some help to you

Hi
No it should be between 2 to 4gr of FO? Did I actually say 10gr as I shouldn't of..
@@Vonnie01223 No you didn't. That suggestion was from another video I'd watched. Apologies if i made it seem like you said it. 😊
I would try 3.5% as its 2 to 3 for 100g and see how the scent throw is.
Is it best to use essential oils for these instead of fragrance oils you can use for wax melts? Thankyou for your time.
You can use either, essential oils are stronger, I think I am using essential oils in the video x

Thankyou so much for replying and for the useful info! I really enjoy your videos and look forward to more :)
How much fragrance would you put in 150g of salts?
Hi what size are the zip lock bags please to fit the 50g in thanks
Hi, they are 7.5 X 12 CM, from Amazon
What kind of warning label do you have as far as directions or warnings
You need a CLP label, for the fragrance oil which your supplier must have, I am off to work but will comment later on what warning to put on...
How do you add mica powder to colour these please
