      @Shione We use 2 cameras.
      1. Sony A7S II with a Distagon FE 35mm f/1.4 Lens,
      2. Panasonic HC x1000 which has a mounted lens
      Both can shoot in 4k and have their pros and cons.

    3:45 - A good tip for viewers would be to *not* use the blade of a knife to scrape items off the board, you'll seriously damage the blade edge. Flip it over and use the spine of the knife.

    The egg piercing device has been a thing in the Netherlands for years. I don't remember anyone in my family ever not having one of these. Just as standard in a Dutch kitchen as forks are. Also: the reason you mangled your eggs while peeling is because you are doing it wrong: Place egg on the table under your palm and build up pressure until it cracks then roll it back n forth a couple of times. Comes right off.

      Cooking bacon in the microwave can yield perfectly cooked bacon with a fraction of the time taken and mess made. You also don't have to stand over it while doing it leaving you free prepare the rest of the meal while it cooks. I only use this for a very small batch of bacon. Anything more than 4-5 strips is best done in the oven on a pan.
      People who cut down trees with chainsaws and axes are not lazy because you use an axe only and it takes more effort. It's more about being smart and using the right tool for the right job at the right time.

      +mohammad ali While I get it, for anyone who is considering the tool, they have to consider the amount of usage. If you are going to cook enough, then it's work putting in the time to advance your knife skills. If you are not going to be cooking much, then maybe this tool is right. The core usage looks like it would be for people who cook a couple of times a month or less. If you plan to cook more than that, it's worth getting good with your knife.

    Poking an egg on the bottom isn't about making it easier to peel. It's about letting sulfur gas release from the air pocket in the egg. It's supposed to prevent that "Boiled Egg" smell when boiling them. That's what I was told anyways.

    When I bake a potato in the microwave I poke holes in it with a fork then get paper towels, about two enough to wrap the potatoes in , wrap it then put under faucet and wet squeeze excess water and put into microwave. Steams the peel keeping it nice and moist not dry out and cooks the middle with-it drying out also. If the paper towels get a little dry during cooking just dampen with water again.

    That pizza cutter was cringeworthy, if it is as sharp as it looks. It reaches way above the fingers and slides back and forth; sooner or later you're going to cut yourself bad. With a knife, not only would you cut much faster and more even slices you'd have the flat side of the blade touch your knuckles rather than the edge of the blade.

    Using a pizza slicer instead of a chef knife is just crazy. This tool is pretty neat because it saves you from having to scrape up your food once it's cut and can make it less likely to cut yourself.. however you can easily get a small cutting board, slice your veggies on that then scrape them into your bowl or whatever.

    I have hard boiled eggs for years and I have never needed to put a hole in them prior to cooking. The only times my eggs ever cracked during boiling was if I dropped them into the water instead of gently placing them in or if they were ice cold and went straight into boiling water. So I fail to see the need to puncture eggs.
    However I will agree mostly with your boiling method. Here's how I do it. Cold eggs in the pot. Add cold water to about one inch above the eggs. No salt, vinegar, or anything at all in the water. Nothing but water and eggs. Put on to boil. The split second the water starts to boil, turn the heat off, leave the pot on the burner and cover. Wait 12 minutes. Not 13 minutes or 12 and a half, but 12 minutes exactly. Remove eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. I have been boiling eggs this way for years and very seldom do I get gray-green yolks. Also, to make peeling easier, leave the eggs in the ice bath until completely cold to the center and peel under running water. Your welcome.
