Caltrans removes encampment off-highway in Spring Valley

Several people at an encampment at the Kenwood and SR-94 on-ramp were seen carrying their belongings towards a flood channel.

CAL trans is lagging. They themselves see the mess that homes distraction that homeless encampments are and they do nothing.

Here in LA you can see people casually walking along the sides of the freeways to and from camps.

The encampments encroach closer and closer to the freeway. It becomes unsafe for everyone

I feel bad for the homeless. all they're doing is playing a game of whack-a-mole.
