When you trim the fat, you're getting rid of the flavor. Fat is crucial for the flavoring on this. You can still easily remove the fat after cooking, before shredding.

When I'm looking for something that's simple and easy with few ingredients why is it that everybody loves to put on tons of spices I'm a simple person who likes to taste meat with all the sugar the salt hardening of your stuff to add to your spices I like to keep my heart working I'd like to taste real neat is there anybody out there who doesn't understand just a few ingredients no more than four or five I want my meat enhanced not drownded underneath all the spices if I want shoe leather I'll go to my closet and take out a shoe and chew on leather
