Notation FIX - Lesson PDF rhythmnotes.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Timba-Conga-Patterns-Video-Lesson-PDF-1.pdf ... I made a mistake on the notation for the first pattern. This PDF matches what I'm playing.
He sir! Thanks for your great contribution to those beginners who, like me, are taking our first steps in this enchanting world of drumming. I am amazed at how good you play and share your knowledge. You do not seem to be a white American guy, but a latino from central, South América or the caribbean. Keep your that great job going!
Thanks a lot for sharing these very nice and grooving patterns! You are doing a really great job! It seems that the score with one drum differs from what you are actually playing. The seventh stroke is played with the left hand. Three strokes in a row with one hand might also be challenging.
@@RhythmNotes great demo. Your technique is excellent. Love your channel bro. I'm gonna freshen up on this one. May I ask which volume this is from, 2 or 3? This is just what I'm looking for.
Your video is a bit confusing and misleading. The note you've tc for the right hand is confusing. What is it? You are not playing The pattern that you have indicated at the bottom of your screen. Also what's the difference between Timba and Tumbao?
Replace that tc on the right hand with toe stroke in the left hand. Honest mistake. I corrected the mistake for the lesson PDF I sent to my email list. Join it and email me for the full PDF free. ... And timba refers to a style of Cuban popular music developed in the 1980s and 90s. Tumbao refers to what conga players, bass players, pianists, etc play for Afro-Cuban based popular music.
