i feel like the godzilla creepypasta is popular because it's more of a story with creepy imagery and undertones rather than being exclusively over the top scary without much of a story like a lot of other creepypastas i agree with a lot of your points like the story being too long or how the mc says he played the game before writing the chapters not making sense
Yeah, I have no idea why people like this creepypasta so much. There’s a lot of great ideas in it, some of the levels are genuinely creepy, but the whole dead girlfriend’s soul trapped in the game aspect is especially lame. Also the pixel art is kinda hit or miss, a lot of it is good but he blends a lot of different styles together and has varying pixel sizes. It'd be cool if it was a rom hack or something since a lot of the monster designs are sick as hell (I especially like the "moon-beast" and Red's forms) but as a story it's just kinda mid. It being so popular is especially odd because the author also wrote Normal Porn for Normal People, a genuinely classic and unsettling story, so that should be taking all the attention, but instead this story is better remembered than it now...
After I finished Lego Island creepypasta, I kinda feel bad after watching this video. I like the video, but sometimes I don't get the sence of sonic.exe or sally.exe. I was just not up for it. Also I'm making an iceberg creepypasta explanation. You can make an iceberg explanation video such as "The Polar Express" or "Christianity".
Honestly I think the only reason NES Godzilla is as popular as it is is because it’s a mediocre story in a genre where a majority of them are garbage. Putting it beside stories like Slenderman or Jeff the Killer makes it look like a masterpiece, just my opinion though.
Gaming creepy pastas in general aren’t that great but even if Godzilla NES was genuinely terrifying, “my dead girlfriend is in the game and her mental illness had a cool battle with us” is so unbelievably lame and trite. If he just stopped posting or got progressively more unhinged by post, it’d be at least decent.
I don’t hate your opinion but I like it not because I’m a big Godzilla fan just because who it gets like in your head sometimes and makes you actually feel bad for a couple of pixels on a screen and that’s why I like it

Yeah i get it,
Im not touching religous history with a ten goot pole lol
@@username59564 Oh I know. How about the Polar Express. You can make a movie review on the 2004 film.
@@Soulym but i would end up being mean to one of my favorite childhood movies
@@username59564 I wouldn't if I reviewed it. I mean it is a meme, but still it's above average movie I would say.
