“You look for a murder house these days.” 😂😂😂
Let me write it in your comment! When I used to live in Napa Valley my home town a group of women got M in a house and we used to party after that! That’s when I was like 22! They would even take us on a tour! I moved out decades ago to San Francisco and NYC! But my family still lives in Napa
Thats how bad our economy is right now.
You'll definitely get a much better price!!! 💯
😂😂🤣
Whoopi should know... that woman left because she saw Ghost... Molly, you in danger girl...
🎉
😂😂😂😂😂
The ghost may have been ok with the guy but not with the wife.
@@user-cm4dc2rd2qshe was there for 5 years and nothing happened...
I was waiting for someone to say the line!!! LOL
With the prices these days you look for a murder house lol ok Alyssa 😂
a lot of cities are built on top of graveyards!
Please move in because you may need some spiritual guidance.
😂😂😂welcome to America 😂😂😂
@@user-cm4dc2rd2q move in with whom??
I had a suicide in my old farm house. I moved in, and saw a stain on the floor when I moved the rug. I painted the floor, and I had the most wonderful ghost ever. He was in his 20’s when he shot himself. The ghost energy made my daughter feel safe.
I met his dad years later when I was having a yardsale. He said, you know that house is haunted, and I agreed, then he told me the story. I was so glad to be able to discuss what a wonderful young man he was, with the man he left behind.
❤
🐄 💩
Hopefully, someone will find a way to help him move on...
Why did the ghost make your daughter feel safe?
Sounds like the wife was looking for a reason to leave . . .
Exactly!!
Exactly 💯
Good ridence!
Could be a trigger 🤔 for her she just need to pray over her house.
Just what I was going to say 👍🏾
Give me a 3% mortgage rate again and I’d buy the Amityville House.
For real! There’s definitely a difference between knowing and not knowing, if he withheld that info at the beginning I don’t know why he thought about sharing years later. I wouldn’t have.
Right! That was a nice house!
@@IM125 _he_ didn't share it, some nosy neighbor told her while at the grocery store.
You will get that rate when Trump comes back. Biden thinks 10% is equitable.
🤣😂🤣
i like sara's answer, make a podcast and sell it with ghosts
Such a yt persons answer 😂
I’m Sara in sorry
*Sara:* You know what the house needs? Oda Mae Brown 🤓🤓😜😂
*Whoopi:* 😐😐 😒😒😒 😐
Sara needed a standing ovation for that comment because it was hilarious!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lighten up whoopi … it’s called a joke 🤦🏻♀️
Whoopi was PISSED 😂
My husband died on my floor. Should I move? He worked his whole life for our dream.
No.. many people have had spouses or family members die in their homes.. My dad died peacefully in my Mom's house.. she would never move from that house.. It's the idea a murder happened in a house, with people you don't know.. it would bother me.. maybe others it wouldn't. It's a no for me. lol
um oh my gosh. I'm so sorry.
Better honour his hard work and share the memories.
brenda. Get out while you still can!! Fast.
That’s not the same. Murder and suicide are totally different.
Odda Mae Brown 👀🤣 the look on Whoopi face 😂🤣
WHOOPI HAS NO CREDIBILITY SHE WAS IN GHOST.😂😂😂
Alyssa 😂
Sunny is so Puerto Rican lmao
I love Sara and Whoopi relationship.
Sara adores Whoopi.
I think people should be more worried about the living than the dead.
I rented an apartment in Boston And the real estate agent failed to tell me that they had been a homicide in that apartment... When I found out I asked for my deposit back and I moved out right away.
Oda Mae has spoken!
I don’t care about such things. Once I find out a tragedy happened in my home I’ll pray for their souls and go about my life.
My house was an estate sale, meaning the previous owner died. I have lived here for 10 years and haven't even thought about it until now, watching this segment.
I have a spirit in my apartment in NYC! He always runs to the bathroom for some reason! He minds his own business and I put flowers and pray for him so the world can guide him or whatever world he needs to be on.
Are you sure it's not just a homeless guy sneaking into your apartment at night using the bathroom?
That would explain the foul smelling flowers.
@@davidsheriff9274omg no!I have dogs that bark!
@@davidsheriff9274but there’s a spirit!! And he’s nice! And I also have the spirits of my 2 cats. My sister says he’s negative I dunno 🤷♂️ I like him
You can have that spirit removed from your apartment by a spiritual healer from a distance! Some spirits are dangerous and others are not.
I'd pass on a house like that. Not only because of bad vibes but because there is a sizable amount of people in the population (like myself) that would also pass on it because of the violent history which would make selling it down the line much harder thus limiting the return you could get on it. Hence the guy getting a deal on the house to begin with.
You do NOT have to disclose that. It’s not required. It’s not a historical landmark.
@@chef1088That doesn’t mean people doing their due diligence can’t find it out
Great point, I hadn’t considered that. But, if you really need a house, some people are willing to take that potential hit to meet their current means and needs
@@chef1088That’s false information. You do have to disclose, and it’s a state by state basis. For example, peaceful deaths or not, in California if a death occurred within three years, you have to disclose. And, in every state, if a buyer asks then the seller is legally bound to disclose.
This actually happened years ago with a friend of mine's parents' neighborhood. A man who lived down the street killed his sibling in the home and then he killed himself in prison. There are people in the house but I often wonder if they know what happened in there. I think after a certain point there is no obligation to share that detail, depending on the state of residence.
I love these light hearted topics rather than the serious ones. I much prefer it that way😊😁😆
This anecdote at the beginning was literally the plot of an NCIS episode
My parents just sold the murder house we lived in. It was the best house in the world and I cried for like a week and still cry thinking about the fact that I will never go back there. They had it for nearly 30 years. Yea there was apparently a ghost of lady but she minded her business and didn't bother nobody. I never saw her. I did hear screams a few times but nothing to crazy, nothing that made me scared to be there alone. I miss that house.
If you encounter a ghost, you are surpose to ask them "What in the name of God do you want". The ghost is looking for a way to finish a task. They appear because they want rest. I've also heard that when you purchase a home, that you need to replace the doors and windows to a home so that the ghost will not have a way to get out. Also, remove and replace any mirrors. When I was a little girl, our next door neighbor died. She was a very religious lady with lots of influence. Her husband gave us her favorite rocking chair. We had it in the house at first but moved it out doors on the porch because the chair would start rocking on its own. My Father finally had to get rid of the rocking chair for fear that our deceased neighbor's ghost was present.
Ghost are not to be feared. They won't hurt you but they will scare you good. Makes for a good time. God is a spirit.
Moving out is so dramatic. If you only knew how many houses you've lived in where someone has passed, you'd be homeless with that logic of moving out. Cmon
Someone I know bought a terraced house in the uk as a repossession after the 2008 crash. About 5 years later someone posted an envelope that said they used to live in the house years ago and thought they would be interested. Inside was copies of the original deed/land plans from 1920 sales documents from when it was sold throughout the years and some old fashioned death certificate type thing as someone had died there too (nothing weird just illness) along with other original documents, it was really cool.
3:24 🤣Sara never disappoint us. 💋
I live in an apartment where the prior tenant died. She and I were enemies as I lived right above her previously. In fact, I'm typing this within a few feet of where her body was found. I have not been haunted by her at all.
It’s part of a Disclosure Clause in California. The agent has to make mention.
I felt, sensed an entity or something in a house I lived in. One night I felt its presence very close to me. I told it, in an assertive voice, that I wasn’t afraid and that it must move on. I didn’t sense it again.
Five years without an incident? I would be good.
I also believe some places hold unsettled energies that are frightening.
Sounds like everyone was kind of settled in fine, has her world come apart in this time?
Point being: Hubby is a pos 😊
Love you ladies
Sarah 😂
There was a severed head found in a condo in SF. It sold for above market value once it was put on the market. It definitely depends on where the property is.
The ghost and "energy" people are nuts.
😂Insanity
"You look for a murder house these days." 😂
Sarah was dying to say that Oda Mae Brown line 🤣
Sunny my house story begins in 1912 when the first (original) owners. My grandpa lived next door.
He could keep an eye on the house when they went to Florida for winter.
He could cut their grass, or shovel snow but not included in people who could come inside.
Well --years later,
Love you all.
It's not something he needed to mention, especially since he's lived there 5 years.
Don't live in fear don't move.
She didn't have a problem until she heard the gossip in the grocery store. 🤔
I was waiting for the infamous line...
I find the light hearted jokes about this topic from the ladies extremely insensitive and disrespectful towards the families that have lost a love one in the hands of a murderer. It’s also diminishing the pain, torment and anguish the person must have endured in such a gruesome death. Have some respect to your fellow human being that are no longer here.
They need to talk about Idaho 4 Murders fiasco. I want to hear Sarahs thoughts.
I live across the road from a portion of the "Trail of Tears"..........
Some people are sensitive to spirits.
For some reason I tell my husband very often that the person or the family that will be buying our house will one day look for us to find out the good energy will encounter when we move on…
I moved out to a different house back in 2020 before the lockdown happened. And I remember the minute the got to that house, a lot of bad things started happening. Now I don't know if that's because of the history of the house but something was definitely wrong there. Also I felt a much different energy than my other house. Whole thing was strange. To this day I really don't fully know the history of the house that I'm currently living in.... but I remember one time I was half asleep and I felt a hand touch my arm and even when I woke up I felt the hand on me. And that's not the only weird experience I've had. There's been a lot more ever since....
Type about it,
on Ghosts of America.
Anyone, may submit their experiences.
What would bother me is that he never memtioned it...I'm guessing that's what made her leave. What else is he keeping from her?
So she left a guy who had his own house before they were married and got a great deal on it. There are probably a bunch of women ready to move in and take her place.
She probably felt like he was suspicious or something for not telling her.
I think there is more to her leaving.
What if he becomes like that Shinning guy......Lol
Everyone should look up _Stambovsky v. Ackley_ aka "the Ghostbusters ruling", it's fascinating reading 😂
LMAO? The Shining Guy??
Ooorrrrr...laws could be implemented (like they are elsewhere), where a realtor in charge of a property up for sale or rent, must disclose by law, of any deaths having occurred in the history of the property.
She needed an excuse to leave
You'll definitely get a much better price, plus I've lived in haunted houses before & ghosts do not bother me either.. 💯
Some states require the seller must disclose that information. Some states do not. Google the address and see if anything comes up.
I would have done the same thing!! Sorry!!! I'm not gonna wait around to get the sh*t scared out of me!! 😂😂😂
I would not want to be living in a house where such a horrible thing happened. Period!
My parents were real estate agents. Both died somewhere else.
Murder or not there could be bad vibes. I get feelings from places. I was stuck in an apartment for 2 years that i just felt uncomfortable in. Weird noises, doors closing and opening etc. Also couldnt sleep and was always sick feeling. I could NOT wait to move. But a few murders or ghosts...no big deal.
In Real Estate you must Disclose that type of Information or the Deal can be Undone it must be in the Disclosure Agreement you read and Acknowledge that all Repairs made to the House and all Issues Disclosed to the Buyer Including if a Violent Crime Accrued there .
Awww Whoopi
I'm with you, U just say, RIP, make the Sign of the Cross & Bless the home with Holy Water ✝️🏠
Poor person they had Issues, maybe even Broken Hearted.
What you don’t know won’t kill you.
When I was selling my house some buyers did ask the question.
Any other Dumb things you want to make. As a realtor, you have to disclose this kind of thing. It affects the price whether you like it or not.
Let’s look for the history of the plantations some were living on….
Well alright AHS Murder House 😂
This whole country is a murder scene - you gonna be alright mama.
I just couldn't; I'm sorry it would matter to me. Maybe I wouldn't move out but I am very sensitive to energy
A billion people passed through this world before us. There’s not an inch of land in which there was no death or murder. I bet there was a battle a hundred or thousand years ago in the spot this studio now stands on.
Sunny have you not learned your lesson with wild theories when it came to Princess Catherine? Now you are all on with wild theories about this guy and the house.
He lied. That’s the problem!! Not the house.
I researched my house. No slave traders ever lived there. Did you do your home history Sunny? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She says holy water is better than smudge? What's she on?
Why is Whoopi wearing glasses again? Thought she got her eyes fixed
Just call the Winchesters
One of the main reasons we built in a new development 😂
Hope none of the tradesmen died while working 😜😝
Did you never see Poltergeist 😂
STATE LAWS ARE THE REASON WHY Sellers have to tell buyers about all major accidents and deaths that occurred on the property, house or land. I get hurt very badly at a friend's house and after the court settled everything,,,my friend was told that if they were to sell the house all buyers had to be told about the accidents that happened there,,,Realtors told her and her husband that the house wouldn't be able to be sold at market price. Sad but true.
We can right now
Why hasn't The View been cancelled?
My grandfather and parents all passed away in their home. It was the same home. It was fine. Stop it.
I'm highly skeptical of the paranormal as any highly educated person should be. So, the time when a dark energy woke me out of my sound slumber in the middle of the night, I was in utter disbelief. My mouth was shut and couldn't scream but I felt his dark "energy". Once, I SAW this energy behind me. I moved out of the place (a quaint Victorian house), obviously. Years later, I ran into an old neighbor who had had a similar experience as me. Only hers was way scarier because he tried to suffocate her in her sleep. It turns out, the original owner of the home had lost his son to suicide and he buried him in the front yard! There was an inscription with his name on a rock that I never noticed while I lived there.
The more educated we become the more we ignore our instinct. See animals can sense things because they are intune but we are so rational that it's like we ignore our gut. There will always be things that science can't explain.
Whoopi doesn’t let anyone talk
If not the house, then the land it sits on.
Molly, you're in danger, girl!
Lmao
I almost bought the JonBenet Ramsey murder house - but I opted for the overdose house 🙈🤷🏼♂️
What if it was the Woman who killed the man in the Murder Suicide?
I would buy it and live in it
if one day i have enough money to buy a house or an appartment, ill check, double check, triple, quadrapule etc for the history of that place the history before it was build. There aint no way ill be able to sleep in a place built on an old cemetery or satanic ritual took place or murder, suivide, death in general that's a no no id rather spend more to build my own on a safe place than spend less money yo buy existing with those stuff happened in it O_O
If banks owns a property like this, it should be their fiduciary responsibility to demolish the house and sell the lot, or construct a brand new home. It is not unreasonable for someone to want to move in a space that is not lived in or that at least no one has died in.
Alyssa won this segment ! I don’t agree with her most of the time but I really like her
I think the neighbour should have mind their own business.
It's best to be open, and honest with folks. 💞
Don't conceal important historic information. 💝
Alyssa is low key really funny.
