You see changes after a week doing these exercises? It is five minutes a day.
@@vaiolover1997 Small changes noticed, just a start. A long way to go, to achieve a good shape. Not all exercises are 5 minutes long. Arms and shoulders exercises uploaded two days straight are more that 20 minutes long. The latest upload + one vid from the archives. I usually work out to 30 minutes long session.

The biggest tip for anyone - obese or not - is a healthy diet and consistency. All the videos should be taken at your own pace - make each workout your own and listen to your body. The strength and endurance will come with time - the most important thing is finding videos you enjoy because that will help you with consistency and enjoying your workouts. 👍🏽
