I think they are Mediums, cos i have the Medium Comfort pillow, and these seem to be the same size.

Well technically, it is possible to sit on most things - I suppose it depends on how heavy you are and how hard you sit on it! I'm 75kg and just sat on one with no loud popping or hissing resulting - so .... maybe! :-)
