I love that you pronounce gyro correctly.
For Popi… the ladies name. It’s pronounced “poh-pi”.
Cheers Gabriel. I’m Greek-Canadian. Currently travelling in Greece. Would love to meet you some day.

Just read "Most Hilarious Thing.."... I liked the story on Hwy 50... in 2004 I volunteered at the Telluride Bluegrass Fest then went out to northern Calif then rode Hwy 50 the other way-- from Sacramento to Gallup, New Mexico.... I also stopped in Fallon, NV and even wrote a song about it...

Cool man. Sounds like you're referring to my book "Following My Thumb", which is when I talked about hitchhiking highway 50. "The Most Hilarious Thing..." is a book of fiction stories. Thanks for checking out my book, safe travels. 👍✌

Oh god. Gyros used to be like 1.6 euros, then it went to 2 euros+ and now at 3 euros. It's actually mega expensive for our standards and people are going crazy about it.

I got two Gyros for like 6 Euro (there is no Euros, no plural of this word) when I was in Greece, god damn, was so stuffed, couldnt eat next couple days, but was so hungry when I ordered it

You take 2 (pita)gyros only if you are very hungry! Next time better take 1 gyros and a portion of potatoes...

I wasn't paying attention on Nisyros. But it's 2.60 euros per liter on Tilos. That's more than $10 a gallon. Luckily it isn't a problem because there isn't far to go. I put 10 euros in my motorbike and it lasted for two days.

@@GabrielTravelerVideos on the islands fuel prices are higher, considering the tank transportation by ship.
In many islands price is 2,80 € / lt
      In mainland it's 2,40
Six months ago before Puttin's invasion it was 1,60

@@GabrielTravelerVideos maybe 2.50 in islands. In mainland they were 2-2.20 and as of today they are 3.30+ in mainland. That's like 50% increase. It is weird that you found gyros with 3 euros.
