Bro I just got this G-shock yesterday and I been looking a video that goes very in detail. Your video if perfect man thank you. Please keep up the good work.
I have the 1st gen FB (without the -1) and agree with all the good stuff you said about it. I've had over 6 years with no problem what so ever. I work and wear this watch on construction sites daily and it still looks like new
Just got one as a gift and love it 😍 so far I have 5 Casios and I think I’ll need a Casio watch box like I have for my Citizen ( 14), Seiko ( 10)and Invicta (16) watches. I have about 45 watches so far. Still counting and collecting. Will keep this vid in my favorites as a setting reference guide.
I liked the video. I am thinking of buying this model, but my only doubt is the actual size and if it really fits comfortably on the wrist. I currently have the g-shock GBD-800 and would like to know if they are the same size or the one in the review is bigger?
love this stealth- very handsome!! QUestion on your pathfinder- I have the PAW 1100. I really am liking the band you have on your pathfinder. What band is it and will something like that work on the PAW 1100?
Thanks for your question, my Pathfinder has the factory strap which is a 22mm canvas/pleather hybrid with proprietary adapter’s. I suspect the PAW1100 will be much the same as far as having a proprietary strap..but I’m sure they are both adaptable and can be potentially modified for other straps too. Appreciate you watching, cheers!
This watch looks so cool- I got the fire pckgage version which is black with rose gold and I don’t like it as much but managed to grab a new one for £65/$75 so can’t complain for the price. Much prefer yours though! Cheers for the video 👍🏼👍🏼
Was trying to find out how to turn the auto on feature off, towards the end is where I was about to give up and you talked about it. Thank you. Have had mine for a month maybe and love the negativie display.
GW6900 is slightly larger but still very awesome. I will try to get a video up with a good side by side comparison in the near future. Thanks for watching!
Thank you too. I also have this watch and I see there is no silver model of it, and I think about putting silver bezel of GW2310-1 on this watch, because it looks awesome on your video :). Let's see what's gonna be. :)
Not even close, GW6900 all day long for me. Better legibility and way more versatile in my opinion. (That said, I still have both in my rotation:) Thanks for watching!
Absolutely, you can hold down the light button for a few seconds to activate the Auto EL feature (check out around 21:39 in the video for more info). Thanks for tuning I!
@@AngelHernandez-lv7xy it depends where you live but the best bet if you’re having trouble is to leave it on a window sill facing the rough direction of the nearest tower- there’s 6, so if I’m in Italy and the nearest tower is in Germany I’d place it facing north overnight. If you live in a highly built up area or near a hill/mountain it may have difficulty. I live in the middle of London so very built up but it still picks up a signal overnight. You can also force it to look for the signal by holding the button in- you need to leave it still and it will tell you the strength of the signal (L1-3). If you live in area not supported by multiband 6 you’re better off with a gps or Bluetooth variant that does the same but using your phone rather than a tower. It also makes them easier to set up as you can do it all through the app. 👍🏼
@groovest it’s very accurate because it resets itself every night by the atomic clock. It’s always right on the same second with my phone which also resets by the atomic clock.
@groovest if you’re talking about the one in the video I have never owned it but my G-Shock has the same features and has been super tough and reliable through everything I’ve put it through.
It’s amazing how many of these G shock people wear their watch so loose. I work within security and law enforcement. If you wear your watch that loose to where it’s sliding over your wrist bone and you get yourself into a physical altercation, you’ll snag your shit and you’ve just lost your band. I fasten my shit down. It’s a wrist watch, guys…not a bracelet. To each their own, but a warning as well.
Disappointed with the negative display. Very dim. Even the back light seems very dim compared to my other G-Shock watch. It is only a week old, but has sat in a window all day for several days (summer) so I would expect it would be fully charged. Never gets above the mid charge on the meter either. I may return it.
Have this exact watch. I love it an its great , but I will never buy a reverse display ever again. They are cool but horrible to read in low light conditions.
I find the GD350 has a much better contrast negative display, but you also lose multiband and solar functionality. It’s a larger watch too. Both are solid choices so you can’t go wrong with either.
Does it have vibration alarm? I'm looking for all those features but also looking for one that has vibration alarm, since it's for a friend that is hearing impaired. HELP PLEASE!
This watch is definitely much harder to view with the negative display, giving it a more stealth-like, deep-cover-tactical vibe for sure. Thanks for your feedback and for tuning in!

Awesome, greatly appreciated!!
Just got mine today and I love it.I wasn't a watch wearer but now I have 2 Casio solar watches.
Love the great features of Casio watches, especially Tough Solar. Thanks for your feedback and for tuning in!

Thorough and clear video. Thanks for the details !
Thanks so much for tuning in!
Fantastic, in depth review! Keep up the great work!
Just bought this watch best negative display.
Coolest watch ive ever seen, all-black
Hey great watch! The negative display makes it look so cool!
gunot5407 Totally agree, thanks so much for watching!
In the 90s this watch could been sold $300, no doubt..
I just ordered that same watch on amazon great video

Why do you have Invictas when you have Casio and Seikos already
@@Gave-rf1hr he bought invictas before he could find a decent job...😀

Great job 👍. Please Do more videos if you can, I think you have a talent for this.

This watch is a tad smaller than the GBD800 (which is approximately 2mm wider at 48.6mm on the case size I believe). Thanks so much for tuning in!
This is a well balanced g shock watch. I wish the shiny black part inbetween the bezel wasnt so shiny. At bright light it looks silver

Is the stainless bezel silver or pvd coated? Jts difficult to tell. Thanks
Love this watch. Negative display looks very good but in practice it is not the best thing
@Sigma Geranimo legibility.
Is it hard to read during daylight ??

Still loving the heck outta this watch, definitely in my top 3 G-Shock’a of all time...
I've had one for over 6 years and haven't had a single problem
how is the dark face in dim or dark?
Great video! How do you compare this watch to GW6900?
GW6900 is slightly larger but still very awesome. I will try to get a video up with a good side by side comparison in the near future. Thanks for watching!
Ripley and Bishop had Seikos, mother alien sported this.
How is that watch by now? 😀 Good video.
Still liking this watch and have it in the rotation.. it’s sporty and great for work too. Thanks for tuning in!
Is this watch the stealth black model or it is other watch? Cannot see well from the light.
The glare makes it look silver but the case has a black polished steel finish. Thanks for tuning in!

where i find it online for less than $100?
I notice a lot of these watches don’t charge past the mid level. How do you change the battery or do you have to take it in to have it changed?
I was wondering why every try to every time I try to use the atomic clock setting it says error do you have any tips or advice?

Bought 1 used $40.00
See Casio Rangeman. No collection is complete w/o one.
I’ll take a 5610 square over that clunker any day. Besides, negative displays are difficult to read outdoors. Just a stylistic novelty.
