Titan CQ / S2 - Episode 10 - Final Prep for Battleborn Quattro

Last few days and final prep to get the Audi S2 Conversion on the road and ready to take on a 30ish hour trip through desert and mountains and all the way to the ocean. SO much to do, so little time...
Background:
The Audi S2 was never offered to the North American Market, but the 'lesser' version was offered, the Audi Coupe Quattro. North America only got them in 1 basic trim, with the naturally aspirated 5 cylinder 20v 7A motor. S2 are legal now to import but can be quite expensive still. I'm building my own through parts that were available here in the USA as well as a bunch of parts that I imported from all across Europe.
The goal is/was to build it and take it to a Old Audi Gathering that is held in Las Vegas Nevada every year called "Battle Born Quattro" or BBQ for short.
Cool to see you started a UA-cam channel! I used to follow your projects on qw back in the day. Great content. Got me searching for a 90 locally...

I have the same valve cover color scheme on my S6. I used crinkle paint though. I would love an S2
Ive used the krinkle in the past as well, cant go wrong with red and black. This red actually has a deep cherry color to it, looks awesome in the sunlight

Sorry to hear you didn't make it to the show with the CQ/S2, so close! Hey, same here, for now I have a 3B heat shield moded to work as ABY. There is a place in UK that is going to make a copy of ABY shield in SS for not a lot of $$. Ultra Performance Engineering. They already have a 3B copy, now working on ABY. Can't wait. Looking forward to more vids!

How are you able to find coupe quattros? If been trying to find some but having no luck
Constantly watching. They pop up in random places at random times, you gotta be willing to go snag one at a moments notice. There is a cheap/rough one on craigslist in Boise at the moment

@@BrokenQuattros It might be from Kazakhstan, however badge on it is Soviet Union air force badge. Pity that in some countries Soviet war crimes are ignored and only Nazi crimes are remembered... In many countries wearing such stuff is the same as wearing Nazi symbols and is illegal.
Hi! Awesome to that there is a channel for these old Quatto’s! I have a Coupe Quattro 10V in lago blue and an Audi 90 20V rally replica.
