according to TTOUFIQ's best grinding method, it takes 23 hours to make 1 mil a day. However it can take 3 days if you grind 6ish hours a day. so it would take 36 days to grind to 12 mil. And it would take roughly 15 days of 6 hour grinding to reach 100 million in TWW.
