Been getting quite a few tilling jobs lately, so I went ahead and splurged a little. A cheaper idea would be a some flat steel through all the handles then hang another 2 weights on the outside through handles and a ratchet strap to hold them all together. A drawbar from tractor supply is nice thick steel for about $40 and it adds weight too.
Slide a pieces of suitable strength steel thru the handles of the 42# weights and add more weight to the ends of the existing weights.
