    I never would’ve thought you could put card stock in first. I would think it would get grease spots from the oil, but obviously not. I love these!!

      Yep! I thought the same thing as well, that or the paper would brown from the heat but nope 😊

    Great video, awesome techniques and really good attention to detail. My very first batch of freshie beads are curing right now. I'm so thankful I found your videos before I got started. Love this!

    Where do you find your silicone molds if you don’t mind me asking ?

    • @FarmhouseDesigns
      @FarmhouseDesigns  Рік тому

      I don’t mind at all!! I get them from a few different companies…..Crimson Candle Supply, Semper Scents but my favorite is Midnight Sun Molds. There really are a ton of great mold makers out there, other popular ones being K&L (waxandcrafts.com) and Midwest Custom Molds. Another great place to search is Etsy 😊

    Hello, can you show us how to start selling to different businesses? I don’t know how to offer my freshies. And also if you do sell by wholesale what’s the price you give them? I hope you can help me out with these 🙏🏻 thank you❤️

    • @FarmhouseDesigns
      @FarmhouseDesigns  2 роки тому +3

      Absolutely! I’ll start writing up an outline so I don’t accidentally leave anything out. I probably won’t film it until the 17th when my kids go back to school to minimize interruptions 🤪

    How many oz or scented beads does it typically take to make a bull head freshie, either with it just having the one side or both sides?

    • @FarmhouseDesigns
      @FarmhouseDesigns  2 роки тому +1

      I always fill my molds to the top so whether I make it one sided or double I use the same amount of beads. Also there are two different sized bull skulls, in this video I used the small one. I wasn’t sure if you wanted oz by weight or volume so here’s all the info 🤪
      Small bull:
      Weight-2.2 oz
      Volume-4 oz
      Large bull:
      Weight-3.7 oz
      Volume-7 oz

      @rebeccakinder343 2 роки тому

      @@FarmhouseDesigns thank you for replying and yes weight is perfect ❤️ I bought a couple size bull heads but haven’t used them yet so was just wondering before starting them what the average oz weight would be to make one. Thank you for the info 😊

    What type of spoon do you use to press down your beads and do you use anything on the spoon to keep the beads from sticking?!? #stickybeads

    • @FarmhouseDesigns
      @FarmhouseDesigns  2 роки тому +1

      Hello! It’s a silicone baby spoon, no I don’t use anything on it, the silicone coating prevents sticking on it’s own 😊

    • @FarmhouseDesigns
      @FarmhouseDesigns  2 роки тому +8

      It most definitely is not lol, each of those were baked for 10 minutes or less at 315. It was pressed with that silicone spoon, that’s why the beads are flat like that.
