Bro for the past 3-4 months I have been applying to many companies i don't get reply for most of the companies, Sometimes I get answer but I get response thanks for applying we are not moving forward with your application. bro I am getting demotivated what should I do ?
First of all check if you are making any mistakes, which I have mentioned in my resume/cv playlist, if yes then rectify them immediately. ...and don't lose hope sometimes these things happen, but instead of getting demotivated try to identify the issue and work on it so you succeed. I would suggest you to do business I was the same like you. But then I left applying and started my own business. Having my own business is very good as compared to this job in my opinion

But how to make so many resumes because each job has different JD and it is not possible to modify the resume again and again.
Yes all the jobs have different JD's but same nature jobs will always be there ...like if you apply for a reconciliation job, more likely the JD will be similar. And I know it's a task to modify your CV for each job but this efforts will increase your chances of getting interview call back.

Application pahile R2R ke liye kiya then interview ke bad firse try karne ke liye option aaya to maine P2P ke liye apply kiya and ek call aaya interview ke liye and return maine call kiya to she was not receiving my call and then status showing ki application rejected due to match nahi ho raha hai profile and also shows ki try again

Bhai maine genpact mein apply Kiya tha first round bhi ho gaya. Recruiter nai kaha bhi tha ki second round kai liye call aayega. But two days ho Gaye nhi aaya.
