Now regarding job location, it’s completely okay to lie as location is in your hand, you can shift at your ease, and regarding notice period, most companies provides notice buyouts options, you can say to recruiters that if you release the offer then I have options to buyout. P.s you got the offer at the end. That’s the trick.

If you are fresher or entry level candidate then its not deciding criteria to shortlist any profile but if you are experienced then definitely it is important as recruiter knows before hand for your expectations and their budget . Recruiter also gets an idea of growth path and your performance as they can match your salary to the experience you hold .

If you have Internship experience, you may mention that as well in Employment or else you may choose "FRESHER" . Even if you have any experience of tuition classes, helping your family member or friends in their occupation/ business, that can also be mentioned.
