Would love a video of where you started (fleet size etc) to a few years in to now. I remember seeing a video of you showing 10-15 gdb fleet vehicles when you grew big!
I think there is a video explaining that he had an old car trailer and started just moving vehicles for people.
Thanks Greg. Was not a discovery fan till I saw your one punching way above its weight. The only constant with you is change and that does keep the channel interesting. Also appreciate the tough business analysis around keeping only what is earning for GDB.
Do miss the recovery but happy with spending more time with the kids but keep going lad loving the videos recovery in the blood never really leave ha

Love this channel. Think long Greg over the disco compared to your American dodge you been there and got the t shirt as they say. Can’t you find someone local to you to run a truck. And you incident manage. It would certainly take you to the next level. Also other than the pic of you winching the sla. It wasn’t mentioned Any you get a high boom fitted to that at some sgage
Hello! Thanks appreciate it. I have been for a while, love the disco but as a one man band, the dodge wins as does more in everyway shape and form. If had staff disco would never be listed for sale. Staff are headaches and this industry is hard tbh ! Insurance is higher than ever aswell.

dont get me wrong the doge looks great but i honestly cant say it is a good replacement for the disco, if that were me i would end up regretting it. but hey ho its not me and you would obviously know better, good luck greg

Like all know it alls, you have the snorkel the wrong way round. The point of one is to prevent water or sand getting in. Facing forward it just scoops up the crap.

In storms or sandstorms you just turn it round
It does also act as an air filter which requires air
Also they have a very small drain hole in them too

Surely a crewcab spec lift and a 7.5 slidebed would do 90% of the jobs, perhaps a 12 tonne slide if you want to be picking up light commercials. The rest are just money tied up

To be honest I'd keep the Merc and other Merc plus iveco and landy sell everything else you got good gear there use it get the old gone

Hi Greg, thinking back to the recovery you recently did on that LUNATIC "Smart" motorway, I found this video today showing a woman with several SCREWS in her spine following spinal fracture after an HGV ploughed into her broken down car ON A LIVE LANE. There's also another story of someone who was killed on another NOT SO "Smart" motorway. It would appear that anyone who 'claims' that this form of setup is good is an idiot. Lane 1 on ALL of these roads MUST have the system turned off which would return that lane to a Hard shoulder, IF that section of road really needs another lane, land should be purchased to install that lane ASAP. The SAFETY of ALL who use the motorway system are at the mercy of fools who make lame decisions like this.
