Zepp may be the second longest running character of the show, even though he was only in one movie mostly because EVERY single main theme is named after him.
@@cloudyystrife kind of wish we could get more of a story about Zep. What made him so psychotic that he was happy to basically torture Diana and Alison? Plus he’s played by a brilliant actor and I’d love to see more of him.
Just watched Saw X. I think everybody in the cinema heard me screaming when this started playing. This was the first Saw plot twist that wasn't spoiled for me. This was awesome.
A lot of people are saying that the ending of this version of the Zepp theme is anticlimactic. But I would personally disagree. I think it works because (WITHOUT SPOILERS) the ending is a lot quieter than one would expect with a Saw movie.
Basically it has elements of 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and Jigsaw. Particularly 6 and Jigsaw. Some of the musical sections are also very different from what we’re used to. It felt very heroically triumphant and melodic. I really like it. This might be my favorite version yet!
Gotta love and admire what Clouser did here at 1:27. A very small piece but this part of the theme really heightened my enjoyment of the finale to hear something different. Saw films and especially the twists would not be as memorable if Charlie wasn't there doing them.
My God! Zepp Ten was pure goosebumps all the way. It brought tears of Nostalgia. Tobin Bell did such a heartfelt, and commendable job in the movie, it was so emotional and gory too. Loved it all the way. Much more than just Game Over!
If you hadn't already felt for his character before, this installment will definitely do the job! Those with cardiovascular issues, beware; this film will most certainly tug on your fragile heartstrings
LOVE that the industrial elements of this track are more front and center this time, like the song is a machine running full steam ahead for the first time in a long time for the grand return of the one and only Jigsaw.
I really liked that this Zepp Ten is a mix of the previous ones, mainly Hello Zepp, Zepp Six and Eight, it is the most original and creative in terms of notes and tones. I love it!!! This is the first Zepp that doesn't have the accelerated drum beats at the end.

We have back segments from 'Zepp Six', 'Just Begun', and I also notice that at the beginning the notes get a little "lower" to give a dramatic and epic effect. But above all, I FELL IN LOVE with this specific segment, '1:25', haha!
Seeing the movie in three hours and this sounds utterly insane! I love how chaotic it is and how many themes there are. Sounds like a _lot_ goes down in the final six minutes. Edit: It was _so good!_ Easily the best _Saw_ since the original!
If I made another SAW film, it would involve a bunch of people being subjected to death traps akin to Jigsaw, though these people would be more those who victimize others. This killer would be revealed to be a 35-year-old Daniel Matthews, who became a skilled engineer between the events of SAW 2 and the present day. Hybridizing his father’s methods and the methods of Jigsaw, and inspired by the Spiral killer, he would revive Jigsaw’s M.O. and punish murderers, rapists, gangbangers, child predators, etc…
I also had an idea, probably a shit one but it felt like a good one so I wrote it down. - It would take places about 17 years after Saw 7 (IDK why such a specific time) - Criminals would be targeted specifically, no cop killing bs, and because of lower crime rates, the puplic would be good with the idea of this new "Jigsaw" - the new Jigsaw would be a new character, Joseph Young, abandoned son of Amanda Young who Amanda had before being tested and had given away after escaping an abusive relationship. - His accomplices would be Daniel who is much older and also the daughter of Lynn and Jeff. That's all i got so far.
How good knowing I'm gonna hear this on the big screen again Hope there's a PAL version soon Also I wasn't expecting 1:20 and 2:10 to have something different. Way to go Charlie Clouser
