- i put a lot less effort into this than i did with 'satisfied' cause my computer keeps on crashing and i just wanted to throw myself out the window. (THIS IS INCOMPLETE the artist also lost motivation :P)

Juliann Orlino Yup, I think he has an older brother, because he has a nephew called Oikawa Takeru. The sister’s probably made up, but many fanfictions do write about her.
Edit: Just went to search up about her, and apparently, the creator of Haikyuu has hinted of Tooru having an elder sister.
Haley Win those things are probably gonna be true in the last few seasons oh and the things that confuse me is the age oikawa and iwa-Chan are the same age meaning if oikawas older sister married iwa-Chan it be weird knowing that she older by maybe 1 to 2 years that goes for Temari and Shikamaru from naruto as well
