The ending when his sister hugged him had me crying cause I know Oikawa still has feelings for Iwazumi and it just hurts watching him cry and toast at his crush's/best friend's wedding.
Plot twist: Iwaizumi actually felt the same as Oikawa, but thought since they were both guys he thought that Oikawa would never feel the same, and even if he did their love would never be accepted, so he married Oikawa's sister because Iwaizumi thought that it was the closest he could ever get to actually being with Oikawa, and that way he would always be a part of his life. Or at least that's what I'm going to tell myself to stop my heart from breaking into a million little pieces.
Fun observation: Oikawa always craved attention, but everyone else's praises meant nothing to him. All he wanted was for the love of his life to notice him,, he always tried to act cool to impress iwaizumi, but the more he tried the more iwaizumi hated him. He loved compliments.... But the person he needed them from the most, hated him.
You know what hurts more? The fact that this would happen in cannon, Iwaizumi getting married to some girl he falls in love with and Oikawa being their to congratulate him and be his best man 🙂
