Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi ||Same Side Hip Throw Defence (

Uki-Goshi is a great hip throw...but what do you do when someone selfishly defends against it?
This is where your sneaky Ashi Waza, in the form Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi comes into play.
Using the same gripping position, the switch to Sasae works wonderfully.
Try this out in you next training/randori session!!
