When talking about whether they die immediately without being seen, I have done it multiple times with the green null bodies. It seriously depends on the power of the weapon as well
The myth isn't that they die immediately, its that they take more damage. And regardless of what I did they died in 2 shots with that handgun. The green nullbodies are just really really weird with their health. That's why I seitched to the regular ones later
the mirror thing works like this - 1. game spawns a fake blob inside the mirror 2. when blob attack it sends a message to the mirrror to break ( it sends it no matter what ) 3. it dissapears and the real blob is on top ( bassicaly game makes u think that the blob was in the mirror and it flought )
boids is refrence to the boid algorythm, A life simulator meant to simulate flocking birds. Although if its in half life then half life may have made that refrence and then bonelab refrenced half life
@VR I see! It's that latter then, or a bit of both. The boids in Half-Life were based on the boid algorithm, simulating flocking birds as part of the Xen environments.
I love fighting the Null Agents bc They have almost infinite health and I like swinging my sword at em a million times an throwing em around and they don't die
I find them to be very strange because I have shot them in the head 2 times before and killed them that way. Done it quite a few times, actually, wheras other times they survive hundreds of clips worth of ammo
@@very_real yea I think the first time you spawn them in they have normal health like a regular null body but once you spawn in more later on their health will have exponentially increased
so for number one, If you look away things will de-render. Since the target is scripted the instant you look away any obstructions are instantly gone or ignored. You could possibly keep it there for a bit but it will automatically fix itself the instant you look away. And also since before the patch it was getting stuck, they gave it an amazing amount of force to make sure it never got stuck again. Oh so, it doesn't matter if you're looking at it or not it doesn't care. I will admit that is completely unexpected. Part 2, even if it lets you kill it I wouldn't matter because it just spawns a second one at the top there you are completely separate objects.
For minecart not Myth related but, there are dozens of dozens of normally unseen exits for staff and whatnot. The area is going to be travelable on foot. This was put in as an option for those who cannot handle the cart ride. However the level up here to always be designed so that you could do this, there was just an inability to actually nimbus gun to get through the door before.
Okay for the death one, it's probably important to note that green ones have random value of health so you can't rely on that. They do have a bearing damage depending on location and direction. However it's not as clear cut as a front and back, and I do not believe that matters if they can see you or not. The game has no mechanics for it.
If you did on slow motion you'd get even more height. And your previous one I actually mentioned how to get some much better height without actually even jumping in real life, but that said there's other tricks too which I'm going to include in a video of them going to do next week.
9:00 the green nullbodys are basically invincible unless you kill them right after they spawn
They were inconsistent for sure so I spawned the regular nullbodies and it still didn't matter if they saw me or not
For maximum height, maximum crouch, hold jump for a bit, jump in game and IRL while in slow motion, that's how speed runners jump into the skybox.
You don't have to jump, as much as stand rapidly.

@@very_real yeah, they have funky health but I can confirm the myth is at least plausible based on my own experiences
Sometime when you “stealth kill” someone, they sometimes make no sound when dieing
5:24 use the admin gun mod, it’s a pistol reskin that fires at about 99 bullets per second

I wonder if the "boids" in BoneLab were a nod to the Half-Life creatures...also called "boids".
