An easier way to fix the tree texture is click the tree go in edit mode and press a and click the button uv on the top of your screen and press Smart uv project and fixed😊

its good but when i uploaded it to unity all of the walls were like inverted and i could see the inside of the tree
Try going into edit mode the clicking Alt N then click "Flip" then try to reimport it if that doesn't work just let me know.
