dont worry its not required to name the bones. you can still use your model.

theres no with automatic weights
hold ctrl + p. Sometimes it does not show up, because you have to select the mesh first (head, body- all of the arm parts, hands) and then the rig.

So, I did everything correct, yet the mesh on my player model is still on the poles coming out of the wrists. Do you know how to fix this???
