Skylar, thank you for posting that video. It is the second one I watched. The first one was a little emotional (person hit by train). You take a chance trying to self-evacuate. I would wait for emergency personnell to get me off the train. People take a chance with a 625-volt 3rd rail just waiting for someone to make the wrong move.
When something like this situation happened,it was mice to see the FDNY NYPD,and the MTA staff working together to ensure that passengers were the taken off the train and assisted to safety. Thanks as always,Skyler.
Amazing video, but correction For those who think this is a Derailment, There is no Derailment, A Train Struck Debris on the tracks but did not come off rhe rails, Service was restored before The AM Rush
Wasn't it just a few months ago that you showed us a vid of an exercise/rehearsal for this exact situation? Of course the exercise provided casualties and rescues, but the scenario seems like it was essentially this one, just without the injuries...

That looked like a scary situation for the people who were on the train. I hope you have a great day my friend, and stay safe ❤️🙂⚘️🚒🧑🚒.
Thank god no one was hurt ❤ or any 🔥fires...
Amen for that. Thank you God Jesus. Give God the standing obaysoin
another incident caused by lack of supervision and proper track inspections and overall contemptuous attitude of the MTA toward paying customers
