Find a small town Pharmacy(locally owned) and meet the pharmacist. Tell them your situation with Abbie.......let him or her meet Abbie. Then explain why youre switching to them potentially. Whats important and why.......Leave nothing out. They make money on each prescription they sell so they want your business. Hope this has gotten much better for you.
That is what we did. We have state care and they rather we use a big pharmacy. But they approved the little pharmacy and we spread it across the county to all parents. So now the little pharmacy has double their patient accounts.
This is exactly what I was going to say! Private owned Pharmacies are usually able to help out a little more than the chain ones. Chain pharmacies have corporate protocols. Locally run is so much better!!! Hopefully it’s better now!!!
Absolutely agree. Different pharmacy, talk to the person in charge, if they understand the situation, they'll do what they can to help you. You shouldn't have to struggle like this every month!
As an employee of Walgreens I can tell you we have the hardest time keeping employees :( especially in the pharmacy. I’m a tech and I’ve been at my store for a year and have seen three pharmacists, 6 techs, 3 managers, and 15 cashiers come and go. We don’t try to make things complicated I promise you that, sometimes we don’t get the information we need in order to fill a prescription and sometimes it’s just our VERY OUTDATED computer system. Like I am so tired of our system because it causes problems like this for no reason. Anyway I’m sorry this happened to you
I switched to Walmart cuz Walgreens was constantly messing up my meds n charging me full price for meds not supposed to pay for. After dealing with this over a year, I just couldn't do it anymore!!
Just so y’all know I like seeing the bad days, like what’s going on, how she’s acting and how you guys deal with it. Don’t be afraid to show the bad parts it can show others they’re not alone and how to deal with them bad moments.
Can I please just say that I am in the middle of watching one of your videos and after watching two videos before this I already am inspired to be a more open minded, understanding person. Your family as a whole and how understanding and positive you guys are really makes me want to be a better person.❤️ thank you
Hola soy un padre de un niño autista y al ver esta familia llevar de muy buena manera la condición de su hija es formidable y digno de imitar Saludos a ellos
This has happened to me with the pharmacy about two times with CVS. I take antidepressants and my insurance company and pharmacy really messed up and I couldn’t get my meds for a month. I had to take a lower dosage which was unfair because I had been taking the hire dosage for almost a year and it really messed my schedule up. It gets me so angry when the pharmacy and doctors aren’t communicating properly about your prescription and they seem not care about how important it is to stay on your meds.
I HIGHLY recommend Costco’s pharmacy. They are kind, efficient, and don’t seem to have much employee turnover. Also, for those who are uninsured, the prices don’t get cheaper.
My sister is an aba therapist and works at a school for non verbal autistic children. She loves it. You guys are amazing. She used to work at a home for non verbal autistic children and was devastated when she left, some of the children’s parents never even visit them, so sad. I can not stop watching you guys. Most amazing people every. Love watching you guys and Miss Abigail is amazing!!
You guys aren’t exaggerating. It’s a messed up system. I’m constantly on the phone with doctors, insurance, lab work, pharmacist, etc. Luckily it’s usually the doctor office and not the pharmacy I go to which is CVS. I also have to double check on whatever they do and check fax numbers and phone numbers. You guys are rockstars!
When I was about 8 my dad began teaching high school special needs and when I first met his class I thought they were weird and gross. 💙 Coming from a pharmacy technician at a Walgreens, I would say the biggest issue is the particular one you go to. Any pharmacy, no matter what chain, is only as good as the people who work behind the counter. Unfortunately, sounds like you are going to a location that has a large turnover rate which means it’s hard to make that personal connection with the employees. Given your situation, I would agree with most of the comments that say to find a local pharmacy instead of a chain one. With them being smaller, it is easier to form a relationship with pharmacists and technicians which will mean better communication. But I promise not all Walgreens are bad!!! If you’re ever in Nashville TN come to the pharmacy and you’ll get true customer care. ☺️ BTW - I love watching you all! I’ve been part of the #Maassquad for a year now and your videos are the best part of my day. The positive energy you all put out is amazing. #BestFamilyOfTheCentury 💙 thank you for being you.
I always love a small privately owned pharmacy. They may need to special order your meds if they aren't common but once you start going regularly, the service is always unmatched
You guys are so loving, and you work as a team, and the love you have for each other is awesome.. I am so glad you get some time alone to build on your relationship. praying for you guys.. Thanks for being so real and so transparent

Brigette Edinborough I will say it again. It is absolutely not the pharmacy’s job to ensure you have a valid prescription. That is your job. I understand you have and illness, I too have been ill and have also had to help my mom through some trying times. You bring your valid Rx in, or Dr sends it in on your behalf and the pharmacy does their part to fill and determine if it’s clinically appropriate. There are hundreds if not 1000s of patients at every pharmacy location, and I know firsthand that they CANNOT keep track of each and every files refills. It is just not possible. If your pharmacy is doing this for you it is purely a courtesy because they like you or they need the business.
Walgreens is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I live in the Smoky mts.by Dollywood. I use a local owned small pharmacy and they are wonderful!!! They know my monthly meds and they are always ready. So sorry I know how frustrated you can get with getting meds filled.
My mom has been in pharmacy for 30 years. Retail, hospital, even in the prison pharmacy. She could retire in another 10 years but shes seriously considering getting out of the industry. She hates all the red tape and having to upset patients etc. She worked for walgreens for a year and when i told her about this she got so upset. Whatever you do, DO NOT use CVS. As bad as walgreens is, CVS is worse. And youre right about Walgreens turnover. My mom HATED it there. Publix is hands down the best franchised pharmacy. PM me if you guys keep running into issues. My mom would be happy to help.
This happens to me too! I've been on the same medication for years. I can barely function with it let alone without it. I'm considered disabled due to health issues concerning my stomach and intestines. Not only do I have to deal with the pain and confusion on top of that I'm having withdrawls. It's so upsetting, and needs to be fixed! You guys handle the situation way better than I do. 🖤 I absolutely love your videos and no longer feel alone in a way.
I am a speech language pathology assistant and the little sister of a wonderful man with ASD. You give me wonderful insight and I love Abby!!! She's so intelligent and I love how you love her! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will be subscribing ASAP!
You guys talk about the insurance, you make enough money to take trips everywhere why isn’t there money for insurance? The rest of us on Medicare have to go through hoops as well, only we don’t get to take vacations to relax.
You know, I've had some amazing experiences at Walgreens and some ridiculous experiences at Walgreens. Some of it is location based, a lot of it has to do with the employee turnover. But I find most pharmacies I've dealt with have been the same. Unfortunately it's trial and error.
Idk about that rite aid is pretty bad to, constantly telling me I don’t have refills to my meds I need saying nope doctor didn’t order anything. When I know he did every month!
I use CVS my seizure meds are $10 and Walgreens told me $67 then turned around and told me $10 after I said I was switching back to CVS. CVS also has the option for auto refill
The best pharmacy that I've ever had was like a ma and Pops not a Walgreens or Walmart nothing like that find a little Pharmacy right there in your town and I think that you will be pleased when they're not so overwhelmed with people you get more of a personal touch hope that can help keep posting so I can keep watching
love your channel. I used a family owned pharmacy. I walk in the door they knew me knew what I was there for. they knew my son as well treated us like family.
Sorry for the late comment and like, had a rough day and night last night. You guys are so awesome, you always make me smile and laugh. You guys being so patient, understanding, and even sarcastic , funnywhen bad things happen are such cool coping skills. You are such awesome parents and I love and miss you guys. Hugs and kisses from NY. Take care for now. 😘💜💛😇🌟😁
This made me feel so much better. I have had similar issues with getting my ADHD meds and I need them. Asa coming across to the drive through window! I HAVE BEEN THERE! Relatable truly.
@@michaelking5653 True emergencies get in very quickly in ER. Lesser "emergencies" may have to wait a few hours as long as you go to urgent care, if your go to ER they fit you in when they can based on your triage. If you're triage sounds like you have a cold it might take.
3:27 I promise she said "mom!" I am new to finding your channel in just the past couple days and I think Abby is doing great! This is a bad day but she is doing so good! (April 2nd, 2019)
Priscilla and Asa, you guys are superb disability advocates, and advocates for your daughter Abigail! You are amazing parents, despite your exhaustion you never fail your children, and you never fail to provide Abby with the best support system and quality of life possible. You and Cilla have the patience of saints. I respect and commend you so much for talking about the REAL life situations caregiving for your daughter, and also being a married couple, having a family, with a smile on your faces.
I hate to hear y'all are having such trouble with Walgreens , definitely would say do not try Walmart, I know several people that have trouble there. For my family they have had the best experience at the mom and pop pharmacies in their local towns, I'm not sure what's available there in Jacksonville but maybe try one of those. I hope that helps in some way
Leah Sudsbury I agree! I switched to a Mom and Pop a few years back and have had NO ISSUES! They actually PLAN for their regulars making sure we have our meds when we need them. Plus always good to support small local businesses!
The 1 time I watched a sibling fill a script at walmart put me off Wal-Mart's pharmacy forever. They told us 30 min & after 30 min it wasn't ready. 15 min later there's a line of like 20 people waiting to pick up scripts. So picking up 1 script ended up taking like an hour. No idea what was going on, but it seemed strange that everyone's script was ready at the same time. I had a script that I took to target pharmacy (before they turned to cvs). Massive sinus infection, I hadn't slept in days, I never get sick & don't understand insurance cards well. I got charged a lot more than I thought I should & a sibling agreed, so they took my card in & pointed out the cashier didn't put in the right data so we got a refund. I was too exhausted & miserable to fight at the time, but i quit going there after that experience. We use a mix of cvs, mail order & costco. Nothing against walgreens, cvs is just easier.
I know I’m incredibly late to this video. But I’ve just recently found you all. My two your old son was recently diagnosed with nonverbal autism. And when I’m having a hard time I come to your videos and more often than just that. You all give me hope. I want to join as a patreon, but currently am not able to due to being a single mom of two on a set income. But I honestly want to. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. You all are truly an inspiration.
we go to fred meyer (kroger). we have problems sometimes but they have been so understanding of her diagnoses. I totally relate to the communication between dr and pharmacy. mostly it's the changes in dosages and that shes above the regular threshold. so love relating to your videos
Just want to say I am a new subscriber and I absolutely just love you guys. Real life, real situations and you guys are real people. Praying for you and truly enjoying your content.
I just want you to know that you are an amazing mom Patricia! I love how you kept you cool when Abbie invaded your room during your live stream! I feel like a lot of parents would quickly yell at their child or shut off the live stream as fast as the could. I am still inspired by you everyday!
That has happened to my family and I several times with our medication. Especially with pain medications or antidepressants. I would totally suggest switching pharmacies!
I’m so sorry you guys have to deal with that prescription issue. I’ve been getting my moms prescriptions for years, and also go to Walgreens. They are not polite sometimes when it comes to a new employee. Not giving certain info do to paperwork. Absolutely frustrating and ridiculous. I get where your coming from with this. Also I’m new to watching all your blogs. Started with Facebook. Now I can watch more here on you tube. I love you guys and love learning about Abby! 💜
"I'm so excited!" Bc I just finally caught up on all your videos! Well except for the livestreams bc that would take a LOT longer! Lol :) recent subscriber but I've kinda fallen in love with your family already! (In a non creepy stalker way hahaha)
Cvs is horrible...they think they are drs and tell people they don’t need certain meds ..... they are the worst pharmacy ever when it comes to meds that are controlled substances or perceived to be “badly or “ overused” ....if my dr., state and insurance says it’s ok....it’s not their fucking business..
My husband is a transplant patient. Mail order directly from his hospital pharmacy is the best thing ever. I've battled walmart so many times, and the back and forth between doctor's office and pharmacy drives me crazy!
I can't believe I just found your channel and this is my first video and I relate so so much to you guys already I have a Son and Daughter with Autism one is a spectrum and pdd I wish I would have found you guys sooner but its ok I found you now and will just have to watch everything! Thank you
7:20 Yup. I can’t get mine until I’m out. That leaves NO time for any mistakes. Unfortunately life has tons of mistakes. I’ve had a lot of illness and it sucks! Insurance sucks! Pharmacies suck! Etc. It’s so much paperwork and jumping through hoops for sick people. It’s ridiculous! I know it may not be helpful, but I use a smaller family owned pharmacy. It helps. They know me and my doctor. It cuts out a lot of big box cooperation confusion. Try to find a family pharmacy if that’s possible.
You said it! Whether it's brick and mortar or mail order, there is some sort of problem almost every time. I take Humira for ulcerative colitis, a medication that's over $6,000 a month without insurance. I have come so close to not having it when I needed it several times. I talk to one person, they tell me to talk to another person, that person tells me to talk the first person again, and so on. I've had countless issues with different medications, pharmacies, doctor's offices, etc. It's unacceptable and it's the last thing you want to deal with when you're not feeling well.
I HATE Walgreens pharmacy. I always stick with CVS through target because Walgreens would make me wait an hour for antibiotics but Publix is also great!!! You should team up with a local pharmacy too!
I highly recommend a “Mom & Pop” shop. I have the same issues with Walgreens. Sometimes the chains are the worst. They are so worried about breaking some kind of law and getting into legal trouble they don’t even see people as PEOPLE.
That's what I said too but he said more then one "chain" pharmacy. I think all chain pharmacies will have frequent new employees. I never go to chain pharms. I like family owned and local. Way better customer service and same faces. Also you support a family business in your area.
Pricilla says “don’t open the umbrella in the house it’s bad luck.” *Husband opens its 5 more times 😆 lol* Totally something I’d say and my husband would do too lol 😂 😝
Hello! I love how active the both of you are in bringing awareness about autism! I have a six-year-old son who is on the spectrum that requires medication and I experienced the same exact thing that you guys were talking about with Walgreens. I got so fed up that I ended up switching pharmacies. I ended up switching to Kroger which is a grocery store chain in Texas where I live. I am so much happier because the pharmacist and techs at Kroger truly care about getting your medication to you and always having a supply of it. You can even talk to the pharmacist and tell them that you require this medication and they will make sure to have it in stock every month for you. They even allow me to get refills every 28 days. I highly recommend that you guys switch and get as far away as you can from Walgreens! I would definitely tell you not to try CVS because they are even worse than Walgreens. I highly recommend trying the chain of whatever grocery store exist where you guys live.
I do not have a child with autism but have children in my family that are autistic and also people with medical issues Publix is beyond amazing and has great customer service at least ours does as well as a long list of free and discounted medications including antibiotics your family is great wish you all the very best on your journey!!! Much love and best of wishes from ours to yours
I’m playing catch up on your videos so I’m just now watching this. I’ve had a similar experience with Walgreens. My child started going through withdraws. Some of these meds just can’t be skipped.
I absolutely love the Rite Aide I go to. We have had struggles with insurance suddenly needing prior authorization for a medication my son has been on for going on 3 years, we haven't changed it. The dose amount has changed but hasnt' changed for a year. But Rite Aid has been wonderful in working with us and the doctor to get it done as soon as they could. Even filling the prescription right away after having been back and forth for a couple of days.
I went to an independent small pharmacy for years that I loved . They closed suddenly over a year ago and sent all prescriptions to rite aid. I like this place but miss the other one big time. So sorry u are having all this trouble getting the meds,
I had similar problems with my own medications and dealing with pharmacies. I switched to ‘Express Scripts’ which is an online pharmacy and have not had a problem since. You do everything online and they email your doctors to get refills. I have not had to call or worry about any of my medications since. Shipped to your house so no pick up. I highly recommend if you are still looking.
I honestly love CVS. They are only rarely out of my ADD/depression meds and they always make every effort to work with doctors and patients. I know this is an older video, but I just started watching and want to make sure you guys are happy and healthy!
These tantrums and acting out get worse as they grow and when they get older like about 40 years old they’re calming diwn . you two are doing great with your daughter.
Watching you guys talk about your pharmacy, and listening to your frustration. Made me chuckle a little. Please don’t take me wrong. I worked in Pharmacy for 35 years, and heard so many times that it wasn’t the doctor fault. It is so hard dealing with big chain pharmacy, because they have a protocol that has to be followed. You know, the big CEO’s make the decision on what’s the best way to run it. My advise is to go to a mom and pop shop or a grocery store pharmacy. My life got so much easier when I went to the mom and pop pharmacy. It ran so much smoother, and we all knew what was going on. We actually would call our customers and communicate with them. Hugs and love sent to all of you. You do such a great job. 💖💜💖
I stick to family pharmacies. They have kids and are based around being a family so they actually care to get your medications when you need them. I can walk into my pharmacy 5 mins after an appointment and get my meds.
I would just like to say that you guys are such an inspiration, and I've found myself binge watching your vlogs for the past 2 days now. 😁 I've worked with children on the spectrum with therapy for a short time, and it is challenging at times. But the progress even though it may be small, is monumental!! I have started to watch your vlogs with my 11 year old daughter because she has a friend at school that has autism, that has always felt comfortable around her. His 1 on 1 teacher has actually asked for my daughter to help out a few times when he was difficult to calm down. I am proud of my daughter for not shying away from someone just because they have special needs. I feel that it is important for her to understand what autism is, and your channel has helped alot. She has stood up for him when other kids have made fun of him, and will always insist that he is no different from her. He may stim or makes noises that are sometimes loud, but she says "That's just who he is, and that doesnt bother me, I'm ok with that!" With having a young daughter, that didnt even know a whole lot about autism, I can say that was one of the proudest moments I've ever had. On a side note, have you guys ever looked into a company called pill pack? It's an Amazon based company I believe, and they deliver your medication already individually packed and sorted out. It's a free service, and you just pay the normal copays you would at any pharmacy. I haven't tried it, but it might be something to look into if your having trouble getting Abbie's medication from a chain pharmacy.
CVS, Publix or small town pharmacy. I go through Meijer but it's a northern thing like publix is a southern thing. You probably already got this fixed by now. Lol
As person who worked at pharmacy it is usually the insurances fault. You need to find that one person behind the pharmacy who cares and will fight for you. I can tell you often the Techs and the Pharmacists are just as annoyed as their paients. Try a new location or a new branded store.
Watching Abbie pick the coins reminded me of when I was 5 or 6 and spilled a bag of bird seed on a shaggy carpet. I sat there with a little dust pan and hand brush, trying to get the bird seed out of there, going "my nerves! my nerves!" lol
Ok Guys, this vlog took me back. I have 4 children with special needs. They are 15, 18,19,20... when they were little the meds started and we went through many many issues with pharmacies. Some of our kids were on duplicate meds and some had allergies to Thier siblings meds. It was at times a very confusing dangerous situation. I was completly overwhelmed and when you have 4 children with clinically diagnosed insomnia who are all prescribed clonodine for sleep, it was a complete crisis when it fell through the cracks. Finally my husband went in to Krogers and asked to speak with the main Pharmacist. He asked them for an apointment to sit down and talk about our families needs. She was happy to talk him and he said no. I want an alloted time for us to sit down and discuss some case management here. She did this and when they had the meeting he explained to her he knows every single customer is important but because of the nature of our children's needs in order to stay we needed a dedicated case manager to over see our children's care. Not a tech. A pharacist. He told her he NEEDS her to commit to over seeing every single prescription. We had 4 kids on multiple meds and this was a lot to ask. She was willing to do this for us and it's now almost 20 years later and this is still our pharmacy. I understand not all Pharmacist stick around but I'm telling you my husband marching in there was the best decision he ever made for our children's medical care. You have every right to expect this from your pharmacy and I believe your pharmacy has dropped the ball one too many times. I wish you all the luck in the world because I KNOW the stress this must put you under. Sorry for the Long reply but I'm not kidding when I tell you it changed our lives for the better.
Find a small town Pharmacy(locally owned) and meet the pharmacist. Tell them your situation with Abbie.......let him or her meet Abbie. Then explain why youre switching to them potentially. I love that Abby brought you the deodorant while you’re getting ready. She totally though she was helping 😍

Cvs is good. My pharmacy is in a Fry's store. They always update call Doctor. Extra. Never had problems . I would switch I would get piss off to.

We had a horrible experience with Walgreens too but have switched to CVS over a year ago and have not had ONE problem! Good luck and God bless!!! ❤❤❤
I use our mom & pop, family owned Pharmacy in my town... same people everytime!
Cilla the keto is lookin great on you girl! Your work is paying off
You guys are so awesome with Abby. I am on the autism spectrum myself so I totally understand what she is going through
CVS is the most amazimg pharmacy to deal with. Our pharmacy will hound the doctors until they get the script to fill. They do all the work for you. They make your life so much easier
Mary Cebzanov they shouldn’t be working for you. Your meds your responsibility.

CVS has been popular up here in the Midwest! Never had any major problems with them!
DoubleEmA same in texas
+2 CVS wasn’t our choice but ours has been very accommodating.
Very true.
CVS now has Walgreens and Omni as part of their chain.
I've had really good luck with CVS as well.

Your bad day is so relatable !!!the way you both word things and but thing into real life experience is perfect and so true !
That was a new noise Abby made when she was picking up the objects on the carpet, was that of frustration
Pharmacy suggestions: Anywhere but Walgreens! 😆
Jennifer Schmitz why????
You know, I've had some amazing experiences at Walgreens and some ridiculous experiences at Walgreens. Some of it is location based, a lot of it has to do with the employee turnover. But I find most pharmacies I've dealt with have been the same. Unfortunately it's trial and error.
Idk about that rite aid is pretty bad to, constantly telling me I don’t have refills to my meds I need saying nope doctor didn’t order anything. When I know he did every month!
brianna karl same experience with rite aid
Completely agree
You two are so patient. I don't know how you do what you do. You give me hope. :)
This is just awesome. You guys really are the voice for your child and I love your amazing parenting.
Congrats Emily!
Janice Hall I totally agree small pharmacy are easier to deal with and they try harder to get things done right
love your channel. I used a family owned pharmacy. I walk in the door they knew me knew what I was there for. they knew my son as well treated us like family.
You guys are BLESS 2 HAVE people around the world who loves you, I hope u don't take that for granted, GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME,
Sorry for the late comment and like, had a rough day and night last night. You guys are so awesome, you always make me smile and laugh. You guys being so patient, understanding, and even sarcastic , funnywhen bad things happen are such cool coping skills. You are such awesome parents and I love and miss you guys. Hugs and kisses from NY. Take care for now. 😘💜💛😇🌟😁
I love CVS ive never had a problem with them and my order is always ready after they txt me!
Dana Casey I use CVS in target
many small, family owned places deliver your meds to your door!!! Yessssss!
This made me feel so much better. I have had similar issues with getting my ADHD meds and I need them. Asa coming across to the drive through window! I HAVE BEEN THERE! Relatable truly.
Kroger is also awesome. My family used the pharmacy there for years! They always know us by name and never had any issues.
Im so glad im canadian. I cant imagine not having unaversal health care
Same
Dang what's it like 😭😭😭😭
Me too
It’s really not you guys have to wait like 12 hours for an emergency situation lol
@@michaelking5653 True emergencies get in very quickly in ER. Lesser "emergencies" may have to wait a few hours as long as you go to urgent care, if your go to ER they fit you in when they can based on your triage. If you're triage sounds like you have a cold it might take.
I love Cilla!! 'Just keep smiling!' She's such a beautiful woman!! 🖤🖤😘
3:27 I promise she said "mom!"
I am new to finding your channel in just the past couple days and I think Abby is doing great! This is a bad day but she is doing so good!
(April 2nd, 2019)
I heard it too!!!!
Priscilla has said she says mom. But only when she’s sad. 😢 😆
Right I heard it to.
She definitely said it 😀
Priscilla and Asa, you guys are superb disability advocates, and advocates for your daughter Abigail!
Yes! Preach it about the pharmacy! The same thing happens to me. Add to that one of mine is on a Nationwide shortage.
I get my anxiety and depression meds from cvs and I’m always stocked with my meds
I found a small, locally owned one and they are amazing...the mom and pos usually hire family and they actually KNOW you
Blessings🙏❤
I hate to hear y'all are having such trouble with Walgreens , definitely would say do not try Walmart, I know several people that have trouble there. For my family they have had the best experience at the mom and pop pharmacies in their local towns, I'm not sure what's available there in Jacksonville but maybe try one of those. I hope that helps in some way
Leah Sudsbury definitely not Walmart.
Leah Sudsbury I agree! I switched to a Mom and Pop a few years back and have had NO ISSUES! They actually PLAN for their regulars making sure we have our meds when we need them. Plus always good to support small local businesses!
Local pharmacies or Kroger. Not sure if you have Kroger in FL?
Walmart is the absolute WORST! Then cvs, then Walgreens.
You guys are amazing! Great vlog as always.
Walmart is what I go to! Never had problems with them. Always tell me when I’ll need to call the doctor when my prescription is about out.
Do you guys have a CVS pharmacy? I myself use a smaller mom and pop type Pharmacy that belongs to a good neighbor pharmacy.
What will happen with Abigail when you parents pass away who will be her caretaker?
I'm sure they have people set up for all of that, and she'll stay in the house
we go to fred meyer (kroger). we have problems sometimes but they have been so understanding of her diagnoses.
Your wife is so beautiful..I love the way she does her makeup
Bs
I just want you to know that you are an amazing mom Patricia! I love how you kept you cool when Abbie invaded your room during your live stream! I feel like a lot of parents would quickly yell at their child or shut off the live stream as fast as the could. I am still inspired by you everyday!
Pharmacies are merely middlemen. I worked as a CPhT for years and we feel horrible but get stuck between doctors and insurances.
We use Walmart. My husband over a month without his meds and it’s on insurance side not Walmart side we never had issue with our Walmart
CVS!!
Stay away from CVS and other chains. Stick to local / family owned pharmacies.
U don't mess with the family. Asa u crazy! 😆Abby i love the strawberry jammies.
I HATE Walgreens pharmacy. I always stick with CVS through target because Walgreens would make me wait an hour for antibiotics but Publix is also great!!! You should team up with a local pharmacy too!
Well handled Pricilla,you are awesome....
I believe you that it is every month. I deal with same thing every month. Sometimes it feels like a nightmare. So frustrated... Feel your pain.
I highly recommend a “Mom & Pop” shop. I have the same issues with Walgreens. Sometimes the chains are the worst. They are so worried about breaking some kind of law and getting into legal trouble they don’t even see people as PEOPLE.
Avery Jane yes! I agree! I think as soon as I started going to a chain pharmacy I started having problems.
That's what I said too but he said more then one "chain" pharmacy. I think all chain pharmacies will have frequent new employees. I never go to chain pharms. I like family owned and local. Way better customer service and same faces. Also you support a family business in your area.
Pricilla says “don’t open the umbrella in the house it’s bad luck.”
*Husband opens its 5 more times 😆 lol*
Totally something I’d say and my husband would do too lol 😂 😝
Suzan Benz .... haha, my husband as well!🤪
Asa don't be so dusrespectful.
I've heard that Publix Pharmacy is pretty good, maybe try them?
I go through this with my pharmacy every month myself with CVS Its so frustrating..
I love AND hate insurance. CVS.
I HEAR YOU GIRL! My hubby is on some minor medications and they act like it is crack. CVS and Walgreen don't do the partial fill anymore. Try Meijer.
momkatmax They live in Florida...there is no Meijer in the state of Florida
If you have Kroger’s!! Kroger’s is amazing we’ve never had a problem!
Hannah Nicole I don't think they have Kroger in Florida. In Georgia we do and it's the best. Maybe they can use publix or another grocery store.
I’m in TN & love Kroger.
Cvs pharmacy is where it’s at. Employees are always super helpful and have always gotten my prescriptions with ease
I love CVS, they are great there
I went to an independent small pharmacy for years that I loved .
Abbie is so lucky to have you as her parents 🙏❤️Love from Norway 🙏
P.S. I guess I should of said when I started working for the mom and pop pharmacy.
I stick to family pharmacies. They have kids and are based around being a family so they actually care to get your medications when you need them. I can walk into my pharmacy 5 mins after an appointment and get my meds.
I love your channel name.
TheRozzyRozz thanks love!! 💜
Abbie snatching all the snacks from the packages made my day lol 😂 ❤️
Don’t use a pharmacy chain! Use a local family pharmacy
It's a really soothing thing to me to put change in a jar. No idea why, but I love doing it.
CVS, Publix or small town pharmacy. I go through Meijer but it's a northern thing like publix is a southern thing. You probably already got this fixed by now. Lol
I go to cvs for my prescriptions
As person who worked at pharmacy it is usually the insurances fault. You need to find that one person behind the pharmacy who cares and will fight for you. I can tell you often the Techs and the Pharmacists are just as annoyed as their paients. Try a new location or a new branded store.
When my son entered puberty the meltdowns increased and the controlling emotions and reactions was harder. But as he got older they got better.
