When she ate the broken cookie.. and he goes.. "you don't gotta explain it to me..You can have a whole one if you want."...that's the kinda love Everybody needs in their life...😍
I prefer Joe on his own. His crumb cake recipe is GOLD and his explanation is uninterrupted which makes it one of the best on the channel.
I love how he refuses to let Grace feed him anything! He always grabs it out of her hand and feeds himself!
Joe needs to be a baking instructor for students. Seems like he has lots of patience and passion for what he does.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Patience is his virtue!😂
He's used to work at Buddy's bakery part time and the rest of the time he worked as a firefighter. Now he's head baker. I love it.
I love this couple. She's so loud and he is calm 😃😃 lt's very entertaining.
She must have more Italian in her. What a cute couple. 👍
@@meetvirginia717 you are right. Grace is pretty and Joe is handsome. Did you see their good looking son on their show? Like father like son.
😁😁😁😁
Joe is very professional and knowledgeable! Great husband to Grace! Love them!
Joe is great. Grace is constantly interrupting him in her loud, nasally voice! Always speaking over him!! Ugh!!
I remember growing up years ago watching my grandmother make these cookies she was from Naples Italy, and would bake these around Christmas and sometimes Easter. The smell in the kitchen was amazing I was blessed to have grown up in an Italian household great memories.🍰☕
one thing i love about Cake Boss is all the Italian heritage, especially being 23.7% Italian myself. i get to learn more about that side of my ancestry which is really cool :-)

Love this pair, great to watch, it’s like cooking at home with them. x
I want to see more of you guys . I like her a lot she's really sweet and funny. She would make this show a lot more entertaining 😌😌.
I never understood why butter and sugar are mixed together; I always thought it just makes the sugar dissolve better or makes the butter taste better or something like that. Thanks Joe! He really should be doing more of these videos. He's a great teacher. Joe is my favourite by far (Grace too).
Thank you I will be trying these for Christmas. Grace you hit the jackpot, Joe is very good looking. Please more recipes like this, you guys are really good teachers.
Great tutorial! Definitely going to make them !! Keep it up Joe and Grace ! 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻😍

Thank you very much it looks yummy
Yum! This is part of my (1st Gen Italian American) Dad's Christmas gift. :)
These were a massive hit with my family. I needed to make a big batch. I was a little worried with how soft it got bec of others comments. so I used a little less egg whites & put a tiny bit of flour in. I used some extra cinnamon & let it sit overnight!! They came out soooooo perfect!! They went in the pipping bag without issue!! I’m in love with this recipe !
I absolutely love these videos. You guys are amazing.
Thank you, Gaby!

Some men have it and some men don't. Joe has the "it" factor - Charming, caring and patient. Grace is his partner in crime..love the team - Oh by the way thank you for the recipe been wanting to make a gift for an Italian friend of mine and I will try the "cookie" or in Australian talk "biscuit". Is there a written Recipe Joe?
Info is in the description of box
Suzzi, where did you get the almond paste? Or did you make it yourself? If so, may I ask how?
Or Joe, if we can’t get almond paste, could you tell me how to make it?
I looked it up, it’s the same as marzipan minus the bitter almond…too easy!
Please keep making videos , great tips from both of you.

Hola!
Cakehouse hola 😂
PLEASE BRING BACK BUDDYs WIFE.....WANT TO LEARN ALL AUTHENTIC ITALIAN RECIPES
These aren't authentic italian recipes. Only (sometimes) good italo-american reinterpretations.
@@bren_mcguire My grandma makes the authentic Italian recipes, what do you mean? All from scratch, all freshly grown, all recipes passed down from great grandparents who came off the boat.
I love joe and grace!
Love you guys!! Im italian with american origin ! Have to say...
PINOLI is the right name.. But ..its okay!! Love you love you love you... Great job
ok
Hello Della, I have sent a message a few months ago saying that pinoli is the right Italian name but a lady answered to me " in the States we say pignoli". Finally someone confirmed I was right 😊
No one:
Grace: pistachio is my favorite
at first she said "these nuts are my fav"
They are 770 ways of cute!
Great video!! 🍫🍯🎂🗽
Wow they're both left-handed.😂❤️
I was shocked too
if you don't have almond paste is there a substitute for it? i have a cake boss cook book made cookies once that needed almond paste but is very expensive for such a small amount.
So Cute
Great recipe! It's probably the only one that actually uses Mediterranean Pignoli. They come from Italy, Spain, Portugal, or Lebanon. Shelled Pistachios (di Bronte for example) come raw and unsalted.
Can I used almond powder for those cokies?
I loved this video and cracked up the entire time. I certainly felt at home when watching it. Thank you for sharing this fabulous recipe. I’m confused though as to how much honey, vanilla and cinnamon are used. Joe uses 1T of honey, cinnamon and I believe Vanilla Extract too but recipe provided is different. Even if you’re making a larger batch on the video -The measurements just don’t add up.
BEAUTIFUL
thank you!
Do you guys make those Italian wedding cookies
1/4 cup of honey as written or 1/2 teaspoon like he said in the video?
Pignoli cookies are my favorite! I also love sesame cookies and it would be great if you’d show how to make them as well.
Good idea! Thanks!
Cakehouse In Italian we say pinoli not pignoli 😊.
Sal Merola I’m Italian and use pignoli all the time! The word is pronounced “pin yoli” but spelled PIGNOLI.
maryjanew20 And another thing, the meaning of pignoli with the G is picky people that is completly a different word 😊. Bye from Italy.
Sal Merola Ok Sal from Italy, I’m an Italian AMERICAN and in AMERICA it is spelled P I G N O L I .. just look up any recipe that calls for them but if it makes you feel better to be “right” then spell it however the heck you want! Bye from America!
Pignoli nuts are PINE NUTS-( they are kinda expensive in the stores but worth it)
Great team work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️
Yo quiero una de cada una
You guys are so cute..
I love joe. He must have more time exposure
I want

My chocolate Chip cookies just last for an hour😂😂😂 hahaha its because i Love them so much.
Where can I buy the almond paste?
Tony Area Check the baking aisle in your local grocery store. You can also check online. King Arthur Flour has it on their website. I have also seen it at Walmart and Target, if you are in the US. 🙂. You can also make your own almond paste if you want.
How do you mix it if you don't have a mixer
Use a wooden spoon for creaming and mixing.
Donde puedo conseguir pasta de almendra. Gracias
martha wayne En una repostería.

What was the green liquid that you added to the batter for the horseshoe shaped cookies? Do you make that, or where do they sell it? I've never seen that! Thanks in advance, and all of these cookies look so good! Thanks for a great video!
Hio
In Italy are called pinoli not pignoli, they are from the pigna nutshell that can be find on pine tree 🌲
Recipe please
Pine nuts (is what they're talking about)
Ummm yes, I think ppl know this but thanks. Lol
The correct Italian name is "pinoli" instead of "pignoli" :)
They are both accurate. 😀
@@meetvirginia717 I just looked it up in the dictionary and you are correct. In the spoken language though, I've never heard an Italian call pine nuts pignoli. Greetings from Italy.
Why can't I find the recipe?
Hello, I only have 16oz=1 pound of Almond paste. Could you please modify the recipe for the rest of ingredients we ate only 2 people at home!
Thank you,
Lily
I prefer joe to buddy
