My Favorite cookie. My dad had a butcher shop in the 60'S and had this spice rack on the counter with Pignoli nuts in the little jars I used to take them and eat them and he used to say i was eating his profits.

My daughter has fallen in love with you, as have I. She says you are always happy, and that's significant for her as she never loved cooking. You make her want to go in the kitchen and try your recipes. She is vegan, dairy free, and gluten free but she loves baked goods. This recipe is perfect for her.
