Of course great job to the women but Chad has way more raw strength. He just doesn’t know how to use it. He just walked up and did 100kg first time in his life with no proper form. If he has equal gym experience to the others he would easily crush them. Good luck Chad!!! 🦍😂🦍

I'm the only young man in my family with 7 sisters/female cousins, we're all in our late 20's and a few of them are older than me.
I'm stronger than all of them by far despite the fact I haven't been to a gym for 5 years and my only exercise is the fairly long walk I do on my daily work commute.
Two of them go to the gym multiple times per week and are very health focused, another goes once per week. None of them focus on lifting or strength training but it is a part of their routines.
Genetically my parents are both short and have never done anything strength based for work or leisure in their lives. Some of the other parents though are quite athletic and one was a strong semi-pro rugby player for many years.
Given all the above it's pretty clear that I haven't given myself any advantage or put any effort into being stronger than my female family members but I am BY DEFAULT. I'm sure as little kids we were about the same but it became very clear during our teenage years that I was stronger. Anyone that denies the vast majority of men are stronger than women is an incredibly ignorant person that must have no life experience. I remember things like moving a pool table with me fine on one end and two female cousins on the other struggling or helping my sister move into a 4th floor apartment up stairs and while the guys moving furniture got tired over time, the girls helping could barely manage 1 box the whole way up.
It's not offensive to accept natural biological differences.
